Doctor is nice & has great bed side manner, but front desk is horrible. I needed follow up treatment yet they never called me to schedule or give me cost. I called back to check my status of treatment & she said she hadn’t verified my insurance yet. I called my insurance to ask them what would be turnaround time to find out the cost & agent said they have the fees that there’s no verification to do. Till this day waiting on a call back. Good cleaning services from the doc but don’t expect a returned call.
