I used Mighty Kleen after getting a deal from
(3 rooms and a hall cleaned for $ 49.00). I called them on a Thursday afternoon to set up an appointment and they set me up for the next day at 8:30AM!
Now, I myself was not there when they arrived as I had to work. But my wife stated that they were prompt, timely and very professional. What I do know first hand is how clean our carpets are and how dirty they used to be! It is a night and day difference! Thanks to Mike and his crew, they did a fantastic job.
O, I did knock one star off because they kept trying to gain more business off us by asking if we had drapes, upholstery that we wanted cleaned or if we wanted them to clean our tiles and grout. Ok, I get that you want business but unless I ask for the service, I don’t need the service. My wife was slightly annoyed by this, but this doesn’t negate that they did a great job on the carpets. If we wanted our tile and grout cleaned, we will use them.
Bottom line: Yes. I would use them again and I would refer them to people.
