Mrs. Jackie’s Child Development Program

Parents this place is a RIP OFF! You are better off contacting another facility with CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS. The advertisement of this low class facility, has you under the impression class sessions and instructions will be provided by Ms. Jackie a «vocational home economic certified teacher» all is completely false. If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD. I registered my son here and after I month I contacted the school regarding his progress/​struggles. I was treated as if I wasn’t suppose to inquire on what I’m paying for! Which is about $ 530.00 a month! Ms. Jackie is never at the facility and she doesn’t teach the students, all instructions are provided by two girls with no educational background. After I didn’t receive information on my sons progress, I informed them my kid will be withdrawing and to have Ms Jackie contact me because this is NOT what I thought I signed my kid up for. After hanging up the phone, I get an immediate alert from my bank, Ms Jackie instructed one of the girls to debit $ 270.00 from my card on file, all without my permission. OMG! THANKFULLY my bank credited the funds back to my account. Talk about low class! I have yet to receive a response to the email submitted to Ms Jackie nor has she phoned me regarding my concerns. Bottom line, this place is a rip off. Save yourself the trouble, there’s only 2 students that attend this school in which one is Ms Jackie’s daughter.
