I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I got with foot waxing and polish on nails it has lasted a month with no chipping. Price was comparable to other salons.

I was here about a year ago and was not impressed. I went again Saturday (for Mom’s Day) because they totally remodeled and changed employees. I figured, given the location next to the Galleria, it would be expensive and just ok. I was wrong. It was the best pedi ever, with all the perks and then some, a full sugar massage and a foot rub. My mani was perfect, and came with a quick back massage that left me feeling relaxed and in a good mood after a horrible day at work, I couldn’t believe how good I still felt after I got home. All this for only a bit more than I usually pay in Sharpstown. I think this is my new go to place.

Yes, they’re under new management and sometimes they’re understaffed, but that’s okay because I’m a one-​woman shrine and they take care of me very well! I’ve been here multiple times and you can never go wrong with the veterans, Ken and Tina!!! My mani-​pedis leave me so relaxed and it’s such a great way to de-​stress after a tiring day of work. Most of the staff are overseas Asians, so don’t be offended if their English is off-​putting! They’re not giving you attitude, I swear! I’m an Asian myself, and I know our tones sound different switching languages — my Hispanic friends can back me up on this too, haha!

I had Jamie and Tina work on my toes! Not only were the prices fair and comparable to other salons I’ve been at but I thought that they did a really good job! They did both my boyfriend and my toes and I will definitely be coming back!

Love, love, love this beautiful nail salon. The staff makes you feel at home. The décor is fabulous. You must meet Superman, that’s my nickname for him — real name Kent. He makes me feel extra special. Everyone there is super nice, but Kent is my favorite. I was skeptical at first because this is new management and it’s hard for me to get use to something new. But on my first visit Tina the manager asked me to give them a chance and I’m glad I did.

I did witness 2 people come in and say they would like a Pedicure and even after the staff ran the water … the woman said «I will be back in 10 mins» and never showed up. Another said they wanted 2 pedicures in 10 mins… 1 hour later they never came back.

I had been in before and totally did not like their work. BUT they just went under new management and they remodeled so we were told to try them again by a friend and I loved them! I had been looking for a new place for about six months and I hated every single one I went to. I will definitely be back, Tina did a fantastic job on my nails and my sisters as well.

I went to this place a few times. All the times my nails were bad. But last time I went was the worst. The lady doing my pedicure hurt me several times using that machine to sand down my shellac pedicure. I told her several times she was hurting me. She did not care. The people who work here are rude and don’t care about the costumer probably because of their location. Won’t be coming here ever again.

I have been coming to Nailzone for 8 years and I love it! The customer service is always on point and they things in timely manner. Owner has done my eyebrows for years and i can’t live without her! It’s a must go to place for nails and brows!!!

I usually go here for a quick mani/​pedi during my lunch break if I know I won’t have another chance to go. It’s not my favorite place, but it’s convenient so I go for that reason. Today I went to get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure (I brought my color with me) and chose a shellac shade that was closet to the color I brought for my toes. After the first coat of Shellac Crystal explained that the color was very very light and offered me alternative options. I politely declined as I thought it would darken after a couple of coats. I was wrong. The color was super light and it was already too late to redo them so I settled. Crystal kept saying she told me, she told me that it was a light color and she knows her colors. I wasn’t upset about the color at all; I picked it, I declined her advice, and I know that shellac color changes are not simple. While I was getting my pedicure done she continued to remind me that she told me and she knew I wouldn’t like it. She even brought another customer into her rant explaining the situation to her. I asked her to drop the subject and leave me alone but she continued to tell me how she was right. Finally, I asked her to paint over the shellac with the color I brought and she became very annoyed and started ranting in her native language.
I’m not giving the 1 star because of the color that I chose, I’m giving 1 star for her continuous harassment about the situation. Their work is subpar to begin with, but after her constant nagging and rude attitude, I will not be back!

Terrible service. The cleanliness is questionable. I had shellac on hands and a pedicure. The tech that did my toes cut my big toe on the side and I was bleeding. She tried to hide it. The guy that did my shellac did as well as a preschooler. I asked repeatedly to fix the bubbles on 3 nails and to clean up the sides. He did not do a good job at all. It’s sloppy and gooey. I have to get another manicure. I will not go here again

Stopped by the local nail salon before work. I got the deluxe pedicure. It was a early morning walk-​in on a Friday morning, no wait!!! The pedicure was not only relaxing, it was fast and perfect! I highly recommend NailZone. They really take care of you!

This is the 3^rd day after my mani pedi. 1^st time been to this salon and that young cute girl did a good job, think she’s new she used the time wisely, carefully did my nails, massaged and was really friendly. She made sure everything goes the way i want

Lack of colors for a powder overlay. Long wait times. Only 1 person doing pedicures and 1 manicurist on a Saturday. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Do not go to this nail salon!!! This is the worst ever!!! The powder was so clear and cheap looking. The guy that did my nail didn’t know what he was doing! Finally when he finished my nails I picked out a gel color, he put 3 coats of Gel on my nails and, then got it all on my cuticles and it looked all bumpy and ugly!!!
I complained right away about it, then he Took like a half an hour to file the gel off! At this point I’m just over my whole experience there I’ve never in my life had somebody put gel on my cuticles and then was trying to file off the gel with a little file machine on my cuticles. I was like no that hurts!!! So I finally just wanted to get out of there!!! I picked a regular nail polish color and just had him paint my nails. Then about an hour after I got out of their one of my nails broke, so please do not ever go to this nail salon!!! But the lady that did my pedicure didn’t awesome job!!!

Awful experience. Too many issues to type in great detail. Dirty equipment, cold water for soaking, lamest massage ever. I didn’t even finish the manicure. Total joke. Too bad. It’s a great location. They could be bringing in big bucks if only they had a clue. Hope they go under soon so a real
Salon can go in the space!

I’ve been coming here for years. Always been happy with the service and staff! Crystal is so professional, talented and one of the hardest working people I know. And we always have fun laughing together!

I’ve been going to Crystal and staff from when I moved here in May. The price is fair and Crystal is great. If your not happy just let her know and she will fix it. I’m not always 100% happy but lets be real are we ever??? Very clean and professional.

Worst pedicure of my life. Looks like a two did it, headed out of town when I noticed or would have made them start completely over.
