Staff is very kind with excellent customer service. They are also very knowledgeable about what they offer. They are happy to explain anything you don’t understand. They don’t try to rush through patients which shows they really care. Love this place.

I recently went in for the PRP treatment and Restylane injections in my cheeks. I am beyond happy with my results, the procedure gave my face life. I was always afraid of injections because I did not want to look unnatural. I called and spoke with Lori about what specials and procedures they offered and she was extremely helpful with narrowing down what best fit my needs.
Victoria did the PRP treatment and injections for me and she was AMAZING!!! She didn’t try to convince me to overfill my face, she was very knowledgable about my concerns with the hallowing under my eyes and lines around my mouth. My face looks 10yrs younger, my skin is flawless and I feel more confident than ever. It is hard to trust people with your face and Ovation Med Spa has proven to be the best choice in maintaining a youthful appearance. I am currently a member which gave me discounts on my procedures as well.

Be care when using services at Ovation Med Spa. Once they get your money your not going to get it back if you have a problem and owner will avoid you. Also very difficult to get an appointment. To top it all off I had the Vanquish treatment which is a Hoax. Did not work at all. The owner painted a very bright picture for me but the procedure is not painless at all. It burns and is uncomfortable so you have to suffer through four treatments only to discover it does not work and sorry no refund for that treatment or any other treatments you have paid for in advance. Wish I had a business where I could collect money for future services and then when My customer discovers they are a lie They can’t get their money back. If it’s to good to be true then it’s to good to be true. Snake oil salesman! Run away!

Good service and treatments just not pleased with contracts. I’m glad I’m out of mine I would rather pay a bit more then get locked into a year contract.

I had the Dysport done; completely ineffective! They stuck me with needle, but now I’m wondering if they actually injected it. It’s been 3 months and there has been no change whatsoever.

I like to try new things and I follow what’s new in the market ovation has always been the leader in bringing every new technique to their spa and give its customers the chance to try it. I like to compare them with the fine med spas that LA brag about and I know they are matching them and even better. I’m doing the natural hormone treatment and I’m happy with it and this week I tried the facial skin tightening its almost a 40 minutes treatment maybe longer but I felt the change the minute I left I even had to go to an event after and I didn’t have any makeup with me so I just used lip gloss and every woman there asked me what I have been doing with my face because it looks so healthy and great. I can’t wait for my next session after 2 weeks it’s been worth it to flow what ovation brings and I hope that they continue to bring us the newest in the USA market and more.

The staff at Ovation Med Spa are all wonderful! The treatments offered, technology and service are all state of the art. The monthly membership is definitely worth the investment. I highly recommend Ovation for anyone wanting to look and feel their best.

Ovation Med Spa is the best spa in Houston! They have the top of the line technology, including numerous laser options for whatever your needs may be. Their staff is extremely professional, and very friendly. They’ve done Exilis skin tightening on my face and neck, and I am very happy with the results. I just purchased packages for body contouring, including Exilis and Vanquish, and am excited to get started and see the results. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to other places, but will never go anywhere else now that I’ve been here.

I had a pixel treatment today at Ovation Med Spa. I had previously had two prior treatments a few years ago when they were located in the Galleria (under the name Skinovation). I was pleased with the service I received then and I was again today. The receptionist was wonderful– I had a couple questions prior to my appointment that she covered, then I was running a bit late today and she was very pleasant and still got me in. I mention this because another place I have gone to was very rude when I called to say I was running a few minutes late and then insisted on rescheduling due to arriving 6 minutes after my appt time. My treatment went smoothly and wasn’t a bad experience at all to due the pleasant conversation that distracted me from the discomfort. Oh, and by the way, I had a promo price for the treatment and still received this excellent level of service. I will definitely be going back there for my next service!

I’ve had a number of treatments at Ovation Med Spa and I’ve tried other facilities as well. After noticing the «one star» reviews came from Groupon or other coupon type folks, I felt I needed to provide a review — either the old saying of «those who pay the least complain the most» is true or these folks have not tried other places.
My last treatment at Ovation was an Excilis (spelling?) face treatment. My technician, as always, was well versed in the device and what is was doing. The technicians have drilled into me that one treatment is not magic. The skin and body require time and more than one treatments to significantly improve. And they have also drilled into me that everyone’s results vary due to lifestyle, genetics etc. I’ve been extremely happy with the results I’ve seen from the various treatments I’ve had at Ovation. Their staff are professional, knowledgeable and skilled, the facility really does have the best equipment (the latest technology that actually provides results), and the owner is honest and ethical.
I will be a fan for life as long as they continue doing what they do now — providing great treatments for a competitive price and typically better price.

I had been to a couple «med spas» in Houston before I found Ovation. My 1^st appointment was with Chris. He was very professional and took the time to explain the treatment options very well. I purchased IPL for the brown spots on my face. I have had 2 so far and am very happy with my results.

The pixel Q laser is ineffective. I had a living social «deal» and got suckered into purchasing and additional package in order to see results. And I spent $ 405 on a package which required three visits. Each visit was around 15 minutes. Its so expensive and I didn’t see results. Daj (technician) promised i would see some results (thought she couldn’t guarantee perfect results). However, I saw NO IMPROVEMENT. EACH visit i asked why i don’t see results in a futile attempt. My money was never refunded.
DON’T GO HERE.

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and my overall experience with Ovation has not been good. First, scheduling has been a nightmare. Each and every time I have scheduled appointments (I bought a series of 6) has been a little different. At first, they would schedule your next appointment during your current appointment. Then they said they could no longer do that and you had to call to schedule; however, when you called, all of the convenient appointments are booked up way out, so you either need to take time off of work or wait a really long time between appointments.
Second, the quality has not been great. The estheticians I have had have all varied in their attention to detail, how many times they pass over the treated area, and how thorough they are in the treatment. As expected, my results have been only mediocre. I still have to shave the treated areas as often as I did before, so I consider the treatment a failure.
Finally, both the women working at the reception desk and the estheticians were not particularly friendly or helpful. Some were more rude than others, but I never looked forward to interacting with them.
If I had to do it over again, I would not have bought the Groupon; it was not worth it, even at a discount. I do not recommend Ovation Med Spa for any treatment.

I’ like many others, came here with a Groupon in hand. Unfortunately, my photofacial left my skin with hyperpigmentation where there was none before. Before my treatment I felt confident wearing no makeup or only tinted moisturizer, now I only feel comfortable going out in public with full makeup. I wish I would have done my research instead of letting myself be enticed by a low price.

I recently had an IPL photofacial which I purchased from one of the online discount sites. The receptionist was a bit on the cold side, but the spa is clean and bright, but reminiscent of a dentist’s office. Maybe the cold reception was given because I was using a coupon?
Putting initial impressions aside, my esthetician, Amber, was fantastic.
Amber talked me through the process and even calmed me in my nervousness. Although the procedure was more painful than I had anticipated, I got great results. Don’t be fooled by commercials — photofacials do hurt. Amber performed two passes with the laser and talked me through the treatment.
A large majority of my freckles darkened and flaked off within a few days and many of the broken capillaries on my face have diminished. I’ve also had laser treatment on those pesky buggers that look like red spiderwebs and I have to admit that the photofacial helped minimize their appearance.
Within a few days of treatment, my skin’s appearance exceeded my expectations and I’m definitely going to take Amber’s advice on getting 3 more photofacial treatments. Amber definitely knows what she is doing and deserves 5 stars. She educates you on the process and makes recommendations on how you can achieve beautiful skin like hers.
After two weeks, I can see that about 75 percent of the hyper-​pigmentation has disappeared and my skin looks years younger. I am definitely becoming a laser addict. Age gracefully? Never, not if I can help it.

PLEASE OVATION: Offer another DEAL on Living Social!!!

I bought an IPL facial treatment for this spa on Living Social coupon site. I have had a bad experience in the past when I bought a LivingSocial IPL from another med spa. However, Ovation was excellent.
Daj, the aesthetician, did a wonderful job with the IPL and I have fantastic results. She used moderate laser strength, not low power like some of the other places I have been. She did two passes. I had good darkening of hyperpigmented areas, which later sloughed off to reveal a decrease in the hyperpigmentation. I also have an improved appearance in areas where I have of broken capillaries.
Overall, a great experience! Would definitely return to this med spa, especially if they ran another Living Social special.

I have come here several times over the years for various services. The (?) owner/​manager that is a male is very professional and helpful. Some of the staff is also very professional and has been very, very caring. Others act kind of strange for a semi-​medical establishment. I too have been scoffed at, judged openly, and it even almost seems as if a few of the MUCH YOUNGER technicians were jealous of me. Seems like I should be coveting their youth!!! Anyway, I didn’t appreciate it at all. They don’t do near as good a job as the other technicians either. because of. This issue, I have gone to other places for the same services and only come here with coupons, good deals, etc. Beware the young technicians ladies!!!

I bought a Groupon for Skinovative and it’s been a good experience so far. This place is like 2 stores down from Nordstrom on the 2^nd floor.
My esthetician was nice and took the time to explain how laser hair removal works. The office is like a combination feel of a spa and a dentist office. I appreciated the call the day after to check-​in on me.
If you guys bought a Groupon, be sure to print it out. They can’t do the show-​it-​on-​your phone deal. However, they were kind of enough to let me bring it in the next time.
My wait time was definitely longer than the actual treatment itself. The only complaint I have (pretty minor) is that I was scoffed at by whoever called me the previous day to confirm my appointment. She had called me Kristin, I told her my name is Kristine, and then I get a scoff. Shrug. It’s ok. Maybe she had a bad day.

At this spa in the Galleria, the staff is super nice and respectful. They don’t try to make you do things you don’t want or sell everything to you.
The girl even gave me a call the next day to make sure everything went smoothly! (Though I did not pick up b/​c I didn’t recognize the # — I just checked my VM haha). it’s the thought that counts…
Though their regular prices are very high, I had a groupon so it was a good deal.
