Very long wait and the manager had to get involved to eventually get us taken care of… Food was ok.

Excellent service from Kaylee, and excellent food as always. Kaylee is extremely polite funny and extremely attentive and informative. We will definitely come back to this PF Changs and ask for Kaylee :) we’ve never had bad service or food here.

When reviewing a chain, like this one, I think a review is certainly more experience based on the service and specific location. Like PF Chang’s food? Then you will like the food here. Moving on. Our server, David, was a very sweet young man, however when he opened our meal by telling us he had waited tables for 2 weeks we should have taken that more as a warning than we did. Our experience was very rocky– long waits for basic steps, while we were given elaborate explanations that the service we were about to receive was a limo drivers experience. No beverage got refilled without multiple requests, we had to explain the starter menu to him so he was able to take our starter order, and while I am sure he did not want to be sat again, he literally ran away from the table in the middle of taking our order to stop the hostess from seating him again. Can you say panicked? Here is the thing– David is on a learning curve– I’m sure! However, when we asked other servers for assistance it was like an act of God to get anyone else to offer any assistance. It was really clear that there is little to no team work mentality here. I quite literally raised my hand to catch attention at one point, had 2 servers who were chatting look at me and stare for a moment, and when I spoke out and said,” please… Anyone,” they smirked and BOTH walked away. Perhaps David has not had the most enthusiastic training example. Top it all of– and start to understand the service standard– no manager was seen on the floor the length of our meal. Dig PF Chang’s? We do too… Just pick a different one.

what makes a restaurant a good restaurant? food, ambiance, service and value for money? At least those are the main factors I would consider. While P.F. Chang’s does a good job on food and value for money, it has serious problems in the other two areas. Recently, I was there for dinner with my colleagues and everything went well until we walked out of the restaurant. What we noticed was that our SUV was broken into and a bag was missing. You may be wondering what this has to do with restaurant’s ambiance and service. Let me describe. As the car was broken into in the restaurant property, I walked to the front desk to ask the manager on the procedure(besides calling 911). The manager did not come to see me! He/She was busy while their customer had their car broken into and a bag stolen. The front desk person to give me a local number to call to. I walked back to the parking lot and called the number, wanting to register the incident. while this was happening, one of the colleagues walked through the parking lot and found two more spots with broken window glasses. The cars parked there didn’t have any damage, which meant the broken glasses were from a prior incidents. This happens here all the time! That is why the manager thinks it is too trivial to waste his/her time! Then we noticed the lighting in the parking lot. It is not well lit, making it a perfect place even for the apprentice! The cars get broken into here quite often, but the parking lot remains badly lit. Lighting the parking lot is well within the control of the restaurant, which they chose to ignore. It was a Dec night. Though people from North make fun of us for calling 50s cold, it is cold for a Texan. The restaurant promptly locked its doors at 10pm, with us standing in the parking lot waiting for the dispatch. They did not even have the basic courtesy of asking us if everything is taken care of or if there is anything they could do to help. The management does not care at all! No courtesy, no customer service, no redress. Go here if you want your car broken into, with a management who does not give a s**t about what happens to you.

We went on a Wednesday night and the place was packed. It was my first time at this location. I think that they didn’t have enough staff that night. After sitting down it took about an hour before we got our food. Half of the stuff we ordered wasn’t available and what we did get wasn’t as good as P.F. Chang’s normally is. When we complained the manager was very apologetic. Disappointed, I don’t know if I want to give them a second chance.

We went to dinner for my daughter’s birthday Sunday, 9÷20÷15. The wait was about 30 minutes at 630 pm. We decided to sit outside on the patio outside the bar area. It was very nice and quiet. We could see the sun setting through the power lines and over the freeway. Nice view. We ordered edamame, chicken lettuce wraps, vegetable spring rolls(fried), ma po tofu, kung pao chicken, and changs spicy chicken. All with white and brown rice. The edamame we ordered was the plain version with salt only. I can’t pinpoint exactly why but they were not that good. The salt seemed to be on half of them. The chicken lettuce wraps were good. The vegetable spring rolls were pretty good and they came with a good sauce. The only thing is they seemed a little greasy like they weren’t drained or a lot of oil soaked in. The ma po tofu was a sodium bomb. Very good flavor but the tofu tasted like it was rolled around in bowl of salt a long time. It didn’t seem to be very spicy either despite the hot pepper symbol next to it on the menu. The broccoli was very good. It was steamed and plain with zero salt and no added flavoring. The Kung Pao chicken was average/ok. Changs spicy chicken was better than the kung pao. Both the white and brown rice was very good and cooked perfectly. Overall the food was ok. but on the salty side. .We all don’t recommend the ma po tofu because of the high salt content.

I came here with my mother and sister after my appointment right next door at the hospital. I love Chinese food so I’m pretty picky about the quality of my food. I’d never been to a P.F. Chang’s before and was pleasantly surprised, the decorations were a bit extravagant but didn’t turn me off. Our server was super nice and attentive. He recommended my dish and it was pretty good! My mom loved her shrimp and my sister’s lo mien was good as well. Pretty good Chinese place even though I generally prefer small business Chinese restaurant’s in my area.

Pad tai noodles were undercooked. Only 2 shrimp in whole $ 17 meal. I’ve had better Frozen store egg rolls. Very expensive for the food quality.

My wife and I visited this location for Happy Hour on Friday, August 14, 2015. We did not want to sit in the main seating area of the restaurant, so we headed to the bar area. This bar area does not have a great deal of seating, so we stood for a little bit until another couple was leaving and took their seats. There are a little more than a handful of table tops for seating, perhaps a half a dozen or so seats at the bar, and approximately the same number of chains lined along the wall. Once seated, we ordered drinks(beer for me, a Mojito for her) and split an order of the Salt & Pepper Calamari. The calamari was delicious!!! It was cut into what look like fries and came with a side of what tasted like sea salt and a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The breading on the calamari was light and not overpowering, and was just the right amount to get the taste of the calamari. Other than the seating being a challenge, the food was fantastic!

Yeah buddy! I can’t wait to go back for more!!! You gotta try their ribs. So good. Low lights and swanky Asian style décor from ceiling to floors. I like to treat myself and family to this place on occasion.

Bf and I went here for tuesday night dinner. No wait line we got to sit immediately but the place was pretty full. Our waiter was Jai, she was friendly and fast. I was looking at the menu and saw the prices went up since the last time I was here. 4 egg rolls costed $ 9. Wow! My jaws dropped to the floor. For appetizer we ordered orange ginger edamame. It was surprisingly good. More orange-y taste then the ginger and it had a spicy kick to it. For the entrée I had the pad thai and bf had kung pao. Pad thai was horrible, it was super salty, no peanuts, and the noodles tasted like instant noodles. There was no sweetness to it. I usually love pad thai, but I was disappointed. My bf on the other hand loved his kung pao chicken. The only complaint he had was how much little of rice they gave him. Overally it was average. I expected more.

Whoever picked this spot for a work lunch should be terminated. I knew it was going to be bad but after so many complaints about me not joining coworkers for lunch(usually bring my own lunch), I gave in. I now remember why I don’t enjoy going to lunch with them. They always pick the crappiest and unhealthy places to eat. Places like Olive Garden and P.F. Chang’s get a lot of hate. When you accept going to places like these, you kind of know what you’re getting yourself into. Below average food with way below average service but for some reason people eat this stuff up. Everytime we have been here we had to wait for our table to be set up. The restaurant is empty. It wasn’t like we came right at they unlocked the doors. Not a big deal. We got sat at 11:20AM. The lunch portion comes with a soup or salad. Our soup didn’t come out until noon. NOON. When it came time to clear off our table of our soup bowls, the server only clears off half of the table. Didn’t refill half of the table’s water either. Our food didn’t come out until 12:20PM and we didn’t sign our checks until 1PM. I don’t know if it was the kitchen or if our waitress was just super slow. The table behind us was a table of 15 and got their food before ours. They were also sat after my party of 7. Almost everything is drowning in sauce. I think I’ll go back to being a hermit and eating my lunch in my office.

I love Chinese food, and this is a nice spin compared to most traditional restaurants. I ordered the Singapore Street noodles, which was supposed to have a curried noodles tossed in chicken, shrimp, beef and vegetables. It was nice, however I expected a little more«curry» in the flavor considering. But once I added the chilli paste that came with it, the noodles were even better. It also came with a mixed green salad that had a creamy lemon zest vinaigrette dressing. Overall, I think the ambiance of this place is quite nice, great for small get togethers with friends or a nice night out.
