Back when I was a kid, Papa John’s was considered top of the line when it came to chained pizza restaurants. However, after some competition with Pizza Hut and Domino’s. Papa Johns fell deep on the pavement for me. One main reason is they mention how it’s easier to order your pizza online with your own preference with toppings, so you’d expect for them to read what you want correctly without error, but not here. I specifically stated in my online order no green olives and what I receive a chicken and veggie pizza with green olives. Apparently, y’all hired someone who either can’t read or just too incompetent to understand no means no. Also, the crust has no flavor, just breading. No butter, no seasonings, nothing but plain bread dust. Disclaimer: they do have a guy who works here in the back preparing pizzas without a hair net or a face mask; he has wild hair, a thick beard and a long mustache. That’s gross! To add, this is only a pick-up/takeout location. The pizzas here aren’t cheap like at Pizza Hut. Quality doesn’t strive here.

The worst pizza place around. This place has every employee talking to each other instead of helping customers. Avoid this place at all cost, they don’t care about there pizza or there customers. This is why I will stay with dominos never had this problem

6÷23÷2015− I haven’t had Papa Johns for about five months now and I was very skeptical on ordering with all the bad reviews on here. I really cannot speak for other people but only for myself so I timed the delivery process from the minute i ordered until until the knock on my door I ordered a large 5 topping pizza and it took them 20 minutes to deliver! This was the fastest delivery time ANY food delivery food service has ever delivered my food and my order was perfect! They are less than a mile away from me but I really cannot complain and I am giving credit where credit is due! Keep up the good work guys and maybe yalls rating will go up.

carryout order. i ordered 2 large pizzas and a extra garlic sauce. everything was great but after i paid for the pizza. The Cashier hands me the 2 pizzas and says«The Extra Garlic sauce is in there, its in the bottom box» so i’m like. cool they actually remembered. When i got home… yea you guessed it. No Extra garlic sauce. Ya the cashier got me good lol told me it was on the bottom box so i’m least likely to check while i’m there. 50 cents down the drain. no biggie but if your going to say. «Hey its in the box», why can’t you just have it in the freaking box like ya said it was going to be. Pizza was great though.

They went to the wrong address next door and didn’t even call when they arrived to confirm the address but drove back to the store only to call me and say I gave the wrong address. To which I said no I did not and if you were lost why wouldn’t you call vs going back to the office and now an HOURAND A HALF later delivering COLD pizza. Terrible service. Choose another location. Ps: they came back to the same address I provided originally confirming I did not give the wrong address they never thought to call. $ 75 wasted.

This location has horrible customer service. I had recently ordered for a delivery and when the pizza finally showed up the pizza wasn’t very fresh, it obviously had been sitting for a while before it was delivered. And the driver did not bring the drink we had paid for, he offered to bring it back but by the time he showed up with it we had already finished eating. When I called to complain the women on the phone was incredibly rude and unwilling to help. They lack respect for a customer especially when they are the ones at fault, and never got an apology. I strongly recommend another pizza place!

I usually like Papa Johns but this location is the most poorly run located I have ever experienced. Pizza was over an hour late and no one would even answer the phone so I could get a status update. Finally just went somewhere else and picked up some hamburgers because we couldnt wait anymore. The pizza showed up a couple hours late after we finished eating. Avoid this location like the plague.

The nifty thing about chains is: the product is consistent. The coworkers were skeptical of the online order form(this location is a little on the isolated/sketchy side) but they really do fill the online orders, just as fast as the telephone ones. Never had them deliver, but they always seem to be hiring drivers, so I’d wager it’s not speedy.
