I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I called to place an order and some hispanic lady who clearly doesn’t understand english answered and acted like she ain’t understand shit I was saying! I repeated my address to her 5 times! And she said«We don’t deliver there» but I have been ordering pizza from this location for years! I hung up and called back and the same stupid bxtch answered and put me on hold. It shouldn’t take more than 5 mins to order a fucking pizza ! Hire people who speak and understand english! We are in America for christ sake!

0 stars!!! 7÷30÷2015… 3 weeks later of calling corporate the general manager STILL hasnt called me to resolve the issue… Website accepted my order, then the store changed my order from two pizzas delivery, one w papa points to a packet of red pepper carryout… without notifying me. Lost 25 papa points. Never even got an apology. Made new order next day from walk in, promised a free pizza. Delivery went out without 2nd pizza. Its a huge mess. This store needs to be shut down. Then corporate has to follow a protocol about it, giving the GM and owner chances to fix it… the owner doesnt care and clearly encourages this behavior. This store needs to be shut down. Im starting to judge the entire company at this point. Look at all the terriable reviews! Everyone, call corporate on this location!!!

This establishment is such a horrible place to pick up and from other reviews it seems sadly also for when they deliver. Two times now have I had to pick up since they don’t deliver to my apt complex, and we’ll it’s 5 mind away so I don’t mind driving to pick it up. Walking up on there you find the front person just not helpful in picking up your bloody order and pay and get out. This time I didn’t even get a simple greeting or an acknowledged by the two person at the front and neither the manager as my boyfriend had pointed out, again I usually don’t step at the store so I didn’t know when I was there. but he didn’t even acknowledge us or greeted us. And then the two walk to the back after waiting there for them to finish whatever they were doing at the front computer. Not even a one moment please or just a hold on… walked out of there angry. I should had gone to the pizza Hut establishment place just two blocks away! Avoid this place for take out at all costs. And from what I see about delivery reviews… good luck! And I’ll add few weeks ago also there was a man at the front and horrible experienced… but at least greeted me with a «What» This people need seriously training and the male manager, disgrace.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I placed an online order at 10:30 am for delivery on 3÷7÷2015 for 4 pizzas from @papajohns at 10741 North Freeway Houston, TX77060 to be delivered on the same day at 1:30pm. I received pizzas that were barely luke warm, soggy and some slices were flipped over at 2:21. I contacted the store and spoke to a «general manager» by the name of Dina who was EXTREMELY rude and basically did not care about my complaint offering to send my 2 more(as if I wanted to wait another 2 ½ hours). She was so rude she put the phone down while yelling for someone… I hung up on her! Do you think she called back? Some customer service. I will be taking my complaint to a higher level… thanks for NOTHING @papajohns !!! #papajohns #awfulservice

If I could write a review and give 0 stars, I would. Because this establishment is operated by the most idiotic of people. We are staying at a hotel and use Unilocal to locate the nearest pizza place. Our flight has been cancelled, we’re tired, we’re cranky, we’re hungry. Unilocal says this location is about a mile from our hotel. We call, are put on hold several times. We give the address to the Papa Johns employee. They want the hotel phone number too, we give them the one on the hotel phone in the room. About an hour and half later, the driver calls from a different hotel of the same name. Apparently, the number on the hotel phone is somehow not the number for our location and Papa Johns does not deliver here despite being a mile away. How am I supposed to know that the phone number on the hotel phone is not for this building, and why would the person taking our order not have informed us of this as soon as she realized she was not going to use the address we gave her? Instead of making an exception for their mistake, they inform us that they are not going to be delivering the pizza. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. As I tried to explain to her that I had no way of knowing that the phone number we gave her was for a different hotel location(and I don’t understand why they didn’t just go with the address we gave in the first place) she kept interrupting me, talking over me and was overall extremely rude.

We visit this location for pick up often, but this time we decided to get it delivered. Delivery wait time was over an hour and half, okay fine… lots of customers, but when we received our order it was not complete and it was COLD. i called in and complained and the«one in charge» said I needed to be patient and wait. Seriously? He gave me a whole $ 5 off my next order, something i probably wont get when i order again. Terrible food and terrible customer service!

Loyal Papa John’s customer, every time I’m home in California, Papa John’s is the pizza I eat. Currently in Houston for work for about 2 months staying at a local hotel, had ordered from this store before a couple of times, decided to order again. Received my confirmation email stating delivery in 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and half later, no pizza. Called the store, busy signal. Tried 7 more times waiting a coupe of minutes between each time. Finally someone answered, asked her what happened to my order. She stated that the delivery time is over 2 hours, it says so on the confirmation and that’s what the tell callers that order. I said I’m looking at the confirmation and it says 30 to 40 minutes. She then argued with me saying it did not say that and that the wait time has NEVER been 30 to 40 minutes, it’s ALWAYS an hour to two hours. Since I’ve ordered from this store a few times already and never had delivery take more than 40 minutes, I knew she had no idea what she was talking about, I asked for the manager. After being on hold for a very long time, someone came on the phone and asked if they could help me. I stated I was waiting for a manager, she then said she WAS the manager. Asked for her name, since she did not identify herself, and began explaining the situation to manager ‘Luwana’. She immediately began speaking very loudly and talking over me and would not let me speak. I then rose my voice and stated«Are you going to let me speak?!». She then yelled at me, said«WHATDOYOUWANT?», I asked for a discount and she said no she wasn’t going to do anything for me. I told her then I would be speaking with the corporate office and she said«Go ahead!» and hung up on me. Called the corporate customer service line and got ‘Lee’. He stated he was just going to take my complaint and that the store would have to contact me to work out how they were going to fix the situation. I said No, I don’t want to be contacted by the store, I just want my money back(I had paid by credit card online). He could not help me. I stated that he needed to get someone on the phone that can help me and give me my money back NOW. He put me on hold, and while holding, he called ‘Luwana’ and told her to refund my card. He then came back on the line and told me she had refunded my card and called the driver back with my order(as I’m writing this, it is still not refunded). He offered no other help or explanation or anything and I said let me talk to your supervisor. He then said just a moment, and I could hear him typing. After sitting there a few minutes, listening to him type, I said«Nevermind, you wasted enough of my time already.» and I hung up. So, over two hours later, no dinner, no refund, I jumped in the car and grabbed a burger! AVOIDTHISSTORE, it is a joke. The management there is a joke. Calling the corporate line is a joke. So glad I’m not in Houston for very much longer!

Let me start off by saying that I have loved Papa Johns for over a decade. No matter what the occasion was, if pizza was on the menu, we always ordered it from Papa Johns. If we were somewhere deliver was not available, no problem, we would drive miles just to pick it up. Today, my view of this franchise changed. Today is Valentines. A special day for many. I had arranged a very special lunch for my staff to show them how much I appreciated them. I had ordered the pizza for delivery at 10:59AM from the store located at 10741 N. Freeway, Houston, TX77037. It was about 12:30PM when I noticed that the pizza had not been delivered yet. I call the store at 281.999.4600 and could not get through. I called over 12 times and could still not speak to anyone regarding the status of my order. I began to panic. The special day that I had planned for my staff was not turning out the way i wanted it to. The store itself is only located about 7 minutes from where I was located. Since I could not get through to anyone, I drove down to the store to see what was going on. There were several people that were in the same position as I was in. There was only 1 manger, 1 cook, and 1 driver. The cook said that they were severely short staffed and could not keep up with the orders. As the customers asked if they could just pick up the order instead of waiting for it to be delivered, the cook began to get angry at the customers. The manager and the cook were discussing with the customers that it wasn’t their fault that the GM did not schedule enough employees to work. Around this time, I had been waiting around 2 hours for the pizza. The manager went off to the back of the store while the cook put on head phones and continued to work. The same people that were there wanted to know if they could just cancel their order. The cook, which was the only one visible at the time, pretended that he couldn’t hear the several people shout at him to get his attention. After a guy yelled at him from the top of his lungs, the cook finally removed his ear phones and told the guy he had nothing to do with what was going on. He even offered him to give him a pizza that wasn’t his and not charge him for him to leave. The customer didn’t want to do that. He gave the person money and just left it on the counter for someone to ring him up. No one ever did, so he walked out with the pizza in hand and left the money near the registered. As I sat there waiting for at least and update from the manger, the driver finally arrives at the store. He is immediately mobbed by the customers that were in the store. The phones were ringing none stop. To my dismay, the cook, the driver, and the manager were just picking up the phones and hanging them up or placing people on hold and never picking the line up again. This was WHY i couldn’t get through earlier. The manager finally came out from the back and said that she will make my order in 5 minutes. I was really confused at this point. I thought that they were behind schedule because they didn’t have enough drivers. Now you are telling me that my order hasn’t even been placed, and I paid and ordered it online? It was this very moment that I sat back down and yes, waiting the extra 30 minutes(not the 5 the manager said). It was pushing 3 hours since I had originally placed my order. I part of me was angry at myself for have stayed. Isn’t that what loyal customers do? Another, disappointed with the way the staff at this franchise handled themselves. As they gave me my pizza, I had asked if there was a number I could call. They said no since this was a franchise. They informed me that the GM would be in after 3PM if I wanted to bring anything to her attention. The manger then walked away. If I have been a loyal customer for a decade, why couldn’t I have been treated as I was valued. Needless to say, my staff was still grateful for the pizza. My patience had really been tested.

I am reviewing this location strictly on customer service. Unknowingly I called 15 – 20 before closing. The woman answered«thank you for calling papa johns, we’re closed». Before I could respond, she hung up. I get it, she was probably ready to go, but kindness would have been nice. Shame.

I’m a long time customer of this location. Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, italian sausage, mushroom and green onions today and it was DELICIOUS and FRESH! The delivery drivers are always cool and friendly. I make sure I tip them well for great service and a good attitude after climbing all those stairs to get to my apartment lol. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is there is this one employee who i have dealt with over the phone on many occasions and she has an attitude EVERYTIME she takes my order. My mother even noticed how unprofessional and nasty her attitude is when she has placed orders with her. If not for her, I would have given 4 stars. However, i still think this is a great well managed location.
