Papa John’s Pizza

Horrible service at this location. The workers just stare at you and do not even greet you. Recently placed an order online and went to go pick up. When i arrived my order was not ready. I arrived when the order was suppose to be ready and they only had one pizza ready. I had ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and an order of wings. Thirty minuets later my order was ready. I looked at the pizzas and one was cold and not so good looking from sitting under the lamp rack they have to try and keep orders hot. I then looked at the wings and they were wrong. I had ordered BBQ wings and received hot wings. I then told them they had given us the wrong wings and they gave me a new order. Something told me to check them, so i did. The wing were stone cold! I brought this to their attention and they said well we can re do them. I asked for them to just cancel the wings. They did cancel the whole order for us and let us keep the pizzas, but the pizzas were cold and not up to par. I would not order again from this location.

When I walked in the manager said «aw crap «and then nobody helped for about five minutes. The person that did assist me was nice, but everyone else was basically non existent. I can’t believe places are still in business that have service like this. And the topping on the pizza pun intended the floor and counters were dirty and disgusting.

1.5 hours to get pizza delivered… Not good. Then when called to ask where they said they were short staffed. I can understand their situation And be sympathetic but they really need to get more staff so their service will
Improve. Will be forced to order from competitor again.

Sorely disappointed and will never use this location again. The customer service is terrible! Placed a delivery order over the phone, paid with a card, and was told that it would take 45 min. Cool. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the store to check on the delivery and was told that it had already been delivered. Interesting… no pizza here. When this was explained to the Papa John’s employee on the phone, his repeated response was «I don’t know what to tell you ma’am. It was delivered and the delivery guy is gone for the night.»
He only, later, admitted that the pizza had, in fact, not been delivered and agreed to reimburse my account when I pointed out to him that they did not have a signed receipt for the pizza… because I never received my order to sign for it.
No apology for the inconvenience, no explanation. To top it off, the man on the phone was the store manager — nice choice, Papa John’s.

Will not order here again… ever.
I rarely order pizza these days, but decided to order carryout recently. Boy did I make a mistake… apparently a lot of other people ordered and this store could not keep up. When I walked in to pick up my pizza there were about 6 other people standing around with their arms folded. Not a good sign.
After asking and being ignored by the staff multiple times, I found out from another patron that they were over an hour behind on orders. And as I watched the staff they were moving about as fast as a turtle in a sprint. I never got the pizza, as I refused to stand and wait over an hour for some pepperoni… I hopped my happy but back in the truck and picked up a salad elsewhere.

They offered ½ off pizza during 4^th of july weekend… had to order on line… did it all. never got Promo Code for discount from internet or the local business. Mgr was no help. Complained several times and was left Holding on line for over 45 min with Customer Service at Corp. Local Mgr. finally offered me a discount… pizza was not hot and had skimpy ingredients. Thanks for nothing!

What’s not to love about Papa Johns? I come to this location all the time and they usually have their pizza out quick! I order online and in about 10 – 15 minutes the Pizza is ready. I’ve gotten so good at the timing now I usually arrive right before they cut the pizza into slices Haha. Yea… I really like Papa Johns. Nothing is better than a large pizza with pineapple, sausage, mushroom, and onions… except an Apache helicopter.
