Parkway Pest Control

HORRIBLE! I was recommended this service through a friend. I scheduled the service for Friday BEFORE our move– they said they could do it between 12 & 12:30. I called the day of to confirm around 11 and was assured that someone would be there at the given time slot and would call me when they were on the way. I waited until 12:40 and started calling them. I probably called 20 TIMES with no answer and no call back.
TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER that day i receive a TEXT from the service provider saying there was an emergency so Clayton was unable to spray our home that day. I replied asking when he could do it next and I never received a return text, phone call or email to reschedule. I understand if there were an emergency but someone could have picked up the phone and called me. I took time out of my work schedule to meet them and could have scheduled ANY OTHER pest control person, however Parkway insisted they would help us out on this day.

If you want TRASH in your house this is the company to call. I didnt know what smelled worse the pestices or the ciggeritt. The emplyees are horrid no respect or manners from phones to service call.
To make matters worse I saw a company truck with little toddlers in front seat no seat belt.
