The guys were running about 15 minutes late, which wasn’t a big since they did call to let me know. They were very fast and efficient. Carpet took a little longer to dry, but all in all I’m happy with the results

Not all carpet cleaning companies are equal. Some use portable carpet cleaning machines (similar to what can be rented at select grocery stores), others use inferior equipment, and many simply don’t know what they’re doing.
Photo Finish Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning is the exception. They are phenomenal!
In college, I cleaned carpets — during the summer — using a truck-​mounted steam cleaner. I know what good equipment and service looks like. Portable units are trash, and don’t come close to the superior suction of a truck-​mounted unit, nor can they generate the heat (approx. 180 degrees Fahrenheit) that is needed to properly steam clean carpets.
Steve Brown, owner, demonstrated flexibility by scheduling a same day carpet cleaning appointment for me. He was punctual and did an outstanding job on my berber carpeted stairs. The ability to suction up the excess water, so that you’re not left with over-​saturated carpet and padding is an art that takes time and experience. Mr. Brown rose to the occasion.
This was my first experience with the Company, and the beginning of a long-​term customer relationship. I enthusiastically recommend Photo Finish Janitorial. Looking forward to the next appointment: Steam cleaning the carpet in my vehicles.

Photo Finish did a great job cleaning my carpets after one of our dogs had a potty on it. The owner James was able to get me scheduled right away and the tech was courteous and polite. I like the fact that the product they used didn’t leave behind a strong odor.

Ended up with a referral from my landlord to Photo Finish to have my carpets deep cleaned as I was ending a lease and moving out of my townhouse. All in all, even though everything wasn’t exactly as one would hope when the cleaning was completed, in the end Steve the owner did make right on the situation and simply refunded my money. I truly appreciate that even though we couldn’t agree on the matter ultimately, he did stand behind his company’s work and did the right thing. This speaks volumes to me, and while I initially wasn’t thrilled about the experience, because Steve went the extra mile and made it right, I’d give Photo Finish another try in the future!
