This is the most expensive dry cleaning place I’ve been to. I don’t like writing Unilocal reviews. This will be my second time doing it in 2 years, but I feel the need to After my experience with pilgrim’s employee named Gracie. She was rude and her customer service was horrific. The total amount of my dry cleaning(11 items) came out to be $ 79 which I thought was absurd. I thought she was mistaken and politely asked if she could please recount it, maybe the guy who rung it up made a mistake.(Normally I pay $ 45 at other places) She refused to recount it and told me that the guy who rang it in has been there for 4 years, knows what he’s doing, and would never make a mistake. I was upset and left the clothes behind to tell my husband that I felt we were being ripped off. On my way home she calls me to say that she did recount it and saw there was a mistake, the new price is now $ 69. I will not ever go back to this location due to the poor quality of customer service. I know of another place with friendlier employees and better prices. Don’t waste your time here unless you don’t mind over spending.

Very expensive, paying $ 7.00 per pair of pants is ridiculous. Be careful and make sure you ask for the price before leaving your clothes there. The lady knew I was a new client and she didn’t tell me the prices. The total for 9 pants and 7 shirts was around $ 80 bucks.

They are SO expensive! They do decent work, but it’s not worth their prices. I had just got my clothes laundered and starched, and they came back wrinkled and creased(in the wrong places). This place is right around the corner from my apartment. So, it’s convenient for me. However, I will try to find a better place for next time.

Is there a decent dry cleaner in Houston? Anybody???(Crickets). I took my pants here to see if they could remove a stain from them since they were the only cleaner near me that got a decent review. I don’t expect miracles with clothing but I do expect some effort and concern on the part of the cleaner. I brought them in and laid them on the counter stain side up and said I need to see if y’all can get this stain out and STILL had to point it out and ask a second time. The girl at the counter didn’t even ask what it was and didn’t write down anything about it when I gave her the information. She also didn’t ask me anything about any previous attempts to wash it or remove it. Two days later I came back to pick my pants up and of course the stain was still there, no better then when I dropped it off with them. I mean literally it appears they made no special effort at all to get it out because it was identical to the way it had looked when I brought the pants in. And here’s the kicker to this little story. They still billed me over $ 8 for one pair of pants! For what, starching and pressing them and ignoring the reason I brought them to the cleaners in the first place? Even though it’s a ridiculous price to pay for one pair of pants I would have been fine with the charges, IF they had actually made some effort to get the stain out. This was quite simply awful customer service, awful cleaning, and a complete rip off. I take things to the cleaner for jobs I can’t do. This place didn’t do anything I couldn’t have and probably permanently set the stain by applying a heat iron to it. Avoid them at all cost!

Minus 1 star for it being so expensive($ 6.29 per slack) and minus 1 star because they only have 2 designated parking spots, which is annoying. I loved how my slacks were nice and almost brand new, shiny. Would I come here again? Perhaps if I wanted to have a very nice, delicate, couture suit cleaned but I don’t have any :-/. Oh and the lady said to sign up for online coupons in case someone decides to try them AND they do offer same day service.
