The woman here was super attentive when I ordered a fresh smoothie for my mother; she even let me pour my own bottled water into the blender with no hassle. Service here by her was on point. The fruits here are fresh. The frozen yogurt I ordered was coconut(their new tropical flavor) and it was deliciously refreshing. There is seating here.

Yogurt is good especially coconut flavor. Service is either hit or miss! The cashier girl was extremely rude and look unwelcome. We are customers, we pay for the food and that will be your salary. The cashier girl did not smile, had an attitude and treat customers like we are nothing. The other employees are all guys and they are extremely nice. Other pinkberry locations have better service than this one in galleria.

I just tried Pinkberry for the first time at their kiosk location in the Galleria. It was ok. The yogurt selection was pretty small(4 flavors) and they were out of plain, so it left few options. I ended up choosing blueberry which was good. I also thought that the selection of toppings was limited. They have two sides dedicated to toppings to choose from, but they are the same on both sides. In reality they had maybe 10 toppings total. Although my yogurt was good, I don’t think I would stop by again. I have had better yogurt at other places with WAY more selection to choose from.

I’d give no damn stars if I could. This place is definitely hit or miss. Today it was a HUGE miss. I went to get a medium yogurt w toppings and instead got served a small portion in a medium cup. I asked the girl why mine looked so small in relation to my coworkers medium, her reply«she got a large.» Asked my coworker what size she got and she replied a medium. Little girl behind the counter still looked at me confused as hell. Seriously?! I left paying close to $ 7.00 and had half the portion my friend had. Wtf. Isn’t that why they have the weight machine next to the toppings? To measure out the weight of yogurt before adding toppings. Was it used? NO!!! I won’t be back. Rather go to Freshii for froyo. Incompetent.

I like Pinkberry, however, the service was not up to par. The cashier was not friendly, and quite frankly rude. I was the only person in line, but I felt rushed. Which is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this immediately.

I have tried multiple frozen yogurt places and Pinkberry made it in my favorite top 5 places to go whenever I want frozen yogurt. The only downfall is it is not self-served like most froyo places and the toppings can seem limited compared to the other froyo places I’ve been to. But that is not necessarily a bad thing considering sometimes I can be indecisive, their limitations in toppings can help me narrow it down to what I really want. Although there are no close locations to where I live, I am willing to travel to go get pinkberry from time to time. The flavors they offer will never lead to any type of disappointments. I highly recommend the original tart and pomegranate. In addition, what makes Pinkberry even more attractive to their customers is the fact that the staff is always friendly as well. If you are unsure of a flavor, they let you sample them to see if it is to your liking.

This is location that’s outside of the Apple Store and daily grill and on the left side of Saks Fifth Avenue. This staff is great and knows how to crack a joke or two. They constantly change up their flavors every few weeks which sometimes bums me out which I am addicted to a certain flavor. I remember when they no longer offered a certain flavor… The manager actually saved a pint size flavor of my tangerine flavor for me for free since I was a regular customer! It was amazing! I enjoyed every bite of it too! Lol I will definitely keep coming back. It’s a great to stop by for snacks and something refreshing that’s for sure

Smallest Pinkberry I have ever been to, it’s just a kiosk inside the Houston Galleria on the 2nd floor next to the Westin Galleria Hotel Ballroom. I’ve visited this location a few times now, and have always had a friendly, smiley face help me. Never had Pinkberry before? No worries. You can sample as many flavors as you’d like. All of their flavors are seasonal, with the exception of the ‘Original’ classic yogurt flavor. That one is great if you like tart! Today I was in the mood for something less tarty and more sweet, so I chose to go with the Chocolate Hazelnut yogurt. They have small, medium, and large bowls. Some locations have waffle cones but not all. One little secret I’ll let you guys in on. The parfait! It’s not on the menu, but you can definitely request a parfait! That’s what I got today. It’s comes fully loaded with tons of fruit. I got Mangos, Strawberries, and Pineapple added to my Chocolate Hazelnut parfait. And they are not stingy. You get quite a bit of fruit. I topped it all off with a few mini pieces of chopped cookie dough. This thing was DABOMB! So delicious! I’ve been to many yogurt shops, and Pinkberry is one of my faves fer’ sure!
