ordered pick up and they fuked that up no one came to get my cash for the pizza sitting in a shitty oven in front of my face… just another shitty run chain of garbage food

Messed up my order and I called back and spoke to a manager. He offered to send out another pizza or give me a credit. I opted for the credit because it was only myself and my daughter eating and we didn’t want to wait any longer.
I called back today and attempted to use my credit and everyone that i spoke with was extremely clueless and claimed that they didn’t even have my phone number in their system.
I will not ever order from here again since they can’t even honor their word. Looks like I’m having Dominos tonight!

They were supposed to offer us a $ 50.00 credit for future purchases and they never did. Not that we would have taken them up on their offer (Dont want to be sick again) but they never followed through so they really suck at this point!

Horrible! I called in my order and hour and advance to be picked up at 12:45. It wasn’t even ready when I got there. Once my order came out it was not even right.

This Pizza Hut is terrible. I ordered pizza from the app which stated the pizza should be delivered in 1 hour. After it had been a hour and a half, I attempted to call to check on the status of delivery. They repeatedly hung up the phone. After 3 tries, I simply gave up. The manager should be tossed down a never ending cliff of pepperoni so he can learn how to deliver a pizza.
