PJS Mobile Cuisine

Our church had a few food trucks come out this weekend and I choose to order food from PJs. I ordered the 2 fish 6 shrimp basket w/​fries, two meat plate chicken and brisket w/​mustard greens and yams, and the 2 hot dog basket w/​fries. My biggest concern was HOW OWFUL LONG IT TOOK. It must have taken about an hour or more to get my food and the whole church event was over so I just took my food home. It ruined the point of having food from a truck. Food wasn’t bad but not the best. Greens was highly salty & I couldn’t eat more than one bite. Then the fries had NO salt. Everything else was good. But if you’re in a hurry or simply can’t stand to wait that long this truck isn’t for you. The people however seemed friendly. Maybe they were short staffed that day but I’ll stick with quick and cheap taco trucks next time.
