Precise Dental of Houston – Dr. Lynette Crouse

My experience with Precise Dental has been great. They’re very professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely go back for any other dental work in the future and this is coming from someone who hates going to the dentist.

I found Precise Dental on Unilocal,and my husband and I both were thoroughly impressed with this team. Dr. Crouse is very friendly, to the point and she hired the best people to work in a dental office. Throughout my visit, I spoke with 5 different women, and they were all fantastic. I have been going to Precise Dental for years. Every visit has been very pleasant. Appointment reminders are sent by e-​mail and text. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They explain what is going to happen in easy to understand terms. I don’t feel anxious about going in for any visits.

Everyone at Precise Dental are really sweet and make you feel like you are among friends. The office is beautiful and if 610 is ever finished ;) this place would be perfect. Dr carouse is so professional and fun to talk to, they always make me feel good about being there. I love Precise Dental!

Love, love, love this whole group. Very thoughtful, my husband and I have really busy schedules and they keep us on top of our dental game. I wich our other doctors offices were this amazing.

Office is in nice shape, appointments are on time, staff is friendly, equipment is good (some sort of ultrasonic cleaner), dentist is knowledgeable, and they take my insurance. One of the few dentists I’ve been to that I would actually recommend.

I really enjoy this dentist. I think I found them through Unilocal and once I verified my insurance covered them, I made an appointment for a cleaning and for the Dr. to look at a filling another person gave me to see if she could figure out why I was in pain. She was very nice and explained that the filling needed to replaced. This was the 3^rd time it had to be done so I was furious and very nervous when I went it to get it done.
Everyone there is really friendly, which definitely calms the nerves. When I got in the chair they asked if I wanted to listen to headphones with whatever Pandora station I wanted to drown out the sound of the drill. Um yes, please!!!
I’ll be back! Hopefully no more fillings though!

I don’t like going to the dentist. Any little thing that’s not perfect gets under my skin. So I decided to shop around and saw the review posted here. This is good place. I’m surprised I got in within 2 days for a cleaning and checkup. A place like this should be mobbed. They get you in a chair, take some pictures of your teeth and tell you what you need. No problem.
Don’t let the prior review fool you, this is a tricked out office. They use digital xrays and a sonic pick to clean your teeth. It was full of happy people that love their jobs. My only complaint was that the music in the waiting room was rather loud. Like having someone shout RELAX, RELAX, RELAX…
They use some sort of polymer to do your fillings. She doesn’t use silver. So the fillings look like you actually take care of your teeth. (No grey in your mouth). One thing that was very pleasant was that she was good with the novacaine. No pain. The do offer nitous oxide but its an additional $ 75. I think I’ll use it when I get my crowns and use the 50 $ gift certificate that came in the gift bag. Nice.
Oh and one more thing. Before they started, they put some moisturizing lotion on my lips. That was different. That ever happen to you?

I really couldn’t be happier that I found this place — they deserve the update. Precise Dental shines in areas where it matters most. They don’t pacify you with video games & magazines while you wait forever. They got me in & out during my lunch break when I went in for a cleaning.
Then, not even a week later, I had to go back because my dog decided to turn my brux guard into a chew toy. I guess I should just be glad she didn’t choke… but ugh, I paid 600 bucks for that thing (at my last dentist) since my insurance company wouldn’t cover it.
I explained my need to come in to Karen, the receptionist. Not only did she fit me in THAT day, but she also called my insurance company & found a bite plate they *would* partially cover.
So, instead of paying another $ 500 out of pocket for a new plate, the new one cost me $ 167 because it’s made from a different material. I’m so glad she looked into that for me.
I went in last Wednesday to have a new impressions made. Today (Monday) I got a call to tell me the new brux guard is ready — yes, already! I went at lunch to pick it up the same day. That was so fast & painless. I wish all dentists were like this because making appointment months in advance is a complete joke in my world.
They might not keep a massage therapist or have huge plasma tvs at every chair, but why should they? They get you in & out before you have a chance to wait. I love my dentist and her staff!
