Amazing customer service! After having a difficult, if not halted, move these ladies help me out tremendously considering it was the last minute. Chelsea and Bri who both work at different locations worked with each other over the phone to help me out. They made sure I got what I needed and also if it fit my budget. It was absolutely amazing the amount of customer service they gave considering the idiots I had to deal with at the apartments. I not only commend them but I recommend them. I can’t say enough without it sounding fake because I truly appreciated their services. Thank you ladies so much!

This is a great little storage facility. The customer service is excellent! Chelsea and LaToya go above and beyond that’s so hard to find these days. I’ve had to transfer my unit a couple of times and they are always helpful and happy to assist.

So, I just called because the girl had us waiting outside for 30 minutes before she resurfaced with her boyfriend – While I was waiting, I called the 1 – 800 number to see if they could call because that was ridiculous. Anyway, some ghetto fabulous woman gets on the phone and asks me to verify all this information when all I wanted was to have a phone call made to their store to see what the hell was going on. This woman was like «yeah, but you need to give me what I asked for first» I told her that all I wanted was a phone call made, and she was so incredibly rude! I asked for a supervisor and she REFUSED to give me one saying she «wasn’t gonna do that over a phone number.» I told her that her customer service sucked and THAT’S why I wanted a supervisor, and she laughed, told me to hold on, and then released the call. I’m having my mother take all of her things out of BOTH her storage units here because if you have people hangin out in the back of the storage units (we saw the car she got out of sitting back there the ENTIRE TIME we waited, and then she was bold enough to drive up in it and exit the car with the guy… Really!!!), having customers wait for them, and hanging up on them then you definitely don’t need my business at all. Totally out of control and poorly managed along with horrendous customer service in the call center. If I could give negative stars, I would.
