My question to the the people who commented before me is. Was one of your units broken into? This place is not professional I rented an inside unit assuming that it will be secure instead my unit and a few others were broken in to Laquita was not helpful. And she is the property Mgr. I called the area manager Michelle and left her a voice mail message to speak to her about my unit and that bitch has not called me back yet. I will never rent from public storage again and will never recommend to anyone. I hope many of u see this before renting and not just post a good review because they ask you too at the time of check in.
