It’s all about the food here! Their menu is reminiscent of every great taco truck in Houston, plus air conditioned restaurant with TV. It’s as authentic as it comes, with caldo, menudo, and a beautiful rustic seafood soup, ceviche, whole grilled fish, and the best«street» tacos I’ve had, well, ever. Prices aren’t bad for the quality and amount we received. Décor is boring and very plain, but service and food made up for that. Lunch menu with reduce-priced items, daily specials, and a happy hour beginning at 4pm. Their red sauce is very good but the chili con queso was a hot mess, and I took away an entire star because of it. Will definitely go back. Menu has pics for each item, and I’m dying to try more.

They hardly spoke english… I had to put too much effort into ordering a simple order and they still managed to get it wrong(however I am not surprised). One particular female had a bad attitude. She walked off twice before I even finished speaking. This place is pretty bad even for the area it’s located in.

Mmm this place serves up the most tasty/authentic tacos! Cheap, fast, and delicious! Also enjoy their parrilladas which is huge!

Alright so this place has changed their menu big time! There are many more things to try and everything is absolutely delicious. The people are sweet and very attentive! This place is also vegetarian friendly for those who want a quesadilla with veggies or whatever. Top drinks to try from here if you want to try something other than soda, is their«fresh waters». My personal favorites: lemonade, melon and the sweet hibiscus tea called«agua de Jamaica». You get to pick where you want to sit, you immediately get waited on and they serve you chips and salsa. I love ordering the cheese dip! This is my go to when I was Mexican food. I never come out of there disappointed. I’m always left overly stuffed hahaha… It’s that good… You’ll think twice about leaving it in your fridge for someone else to eat lol.

I wish I could give it Zero stars. 1st off the staff is horrible!!! Came in to get a oder to go & no one wanted to help me. Finally I get someone but the waitress argued with me when I ordered fish tacos telling me they don’t sell that item. I pointed it out on the menu & let her know I’ve ordered it before & she looked @ me like I was a dumbass(I’m pretty sure she was on drugs). Finally when she told me whatever & took my order I sat down to wait for my order & no less than 10mins that same waitress came up to me & asked me if I had been helped(kids just say no to drugs). When my order finally came it was all wrong & I found out she over charged me for my food. Never ever will I go to this place again!!!

This place isn’t bad. I’ve had some worse experiences along the beltway in his area so I will probably come back. It’s nowhere near as good as El Tiempo inside the loop, but for the area it’s passable. I had the burrito jurisco(sp?) with pork and it was quite tasty. It was a standard sized burrito that you would normally see with lettuce, tomato, avocado and beans and rice on the side. Wife had a chicken quesadilla which was a little bland but not bad. Beware the uncharge for«guacamole»(sliced avocado) as it was $ 4. All in all good service, reasonable prices and decent food; the epitome of mediocrity but for the east side it’s a winner.
