I brought in an expensive classic piece of glass with a slight chip, the owner said he could fix it, but when I picked it up, it was a big drop of silicone sealant, not even an attempt to smoothen the surface, totally unacceptable, and it was an expensive «repair». I will never bring anything, nor recommend anyone to this shop. with this unacceptable job that was suppose to be simple, the owner said «that’s the best we can do…», so if you are thinking about bring your expensive glass ware to this shop, you should continue to search another professional who are capable and more reasonable in pricing. Needless to say, I have no choice but to throw away the glass ware after the so called «expensive repair»!

These guys are absolutely amazing, talented and funny!!! They completely fixed a figurine (that was in a dozen plus pieces) and made it look better than new!!! This was a cherished family heirloom that was meticulously restored beyond perfection. Moreover, they were gracious and kind with the turnaround time and ensured its readiness in time for my significant others birthday. I cannot recommend this business enough. I could say thank you until tomorrow and it would not be enough. Go now, you won’t regret the decision!
