Large menu, reasonable prices, quick service. Nothing fancy, but good quick, easy eats. Reasonable prices. Good for families or large groups. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table.

Fantastic! The burgers is so yummy. And there’s no gimmick. Just an honest-to-goodness burger and fries. And it’s a bonus that they have lemon-water and cucumber-water available! I’d give it five stars if it weren’t for the price! $ 15 for a burger fries and drink? That’s more than a bit ridiculous. But I can’t say that the price will keep me away. Tasty!

Family restaurant with lots of TVs. Tables have construction paper for«kids» to color and scribble. There are also some arcade games and prizes to buy out of the gum ball machines. Food is good and we go here once every other month. If the food taste was more consistent we would go more often.

Stopped in for lunch and was impressed with the cleanliness and the glassed in kitchen. Customer service was great. It was a nice treat to see a bowl of fresh mint and ice water with lemon already infusing in it. I ordered the farm chicken salad and it was wonderful. I will definitely stop in again to try some of the other menu items.

I really enjoyed dining here at one point. However, my recent visits have changed my mind to a degree. The atmosphere is still pretty good and they have been making some updates to the décor. It is looking great! The service is still about the same to me. It’s not great, but it’s not bad either. The best way to explain it from my mouth is mediocre. During my last visit, I noticed the manager was checking on some customers. He never came to my table to check on my party. Perhaps he figured I wasn’t far enough along in my meal to ask. Maybe I just looked cranky. That certainly isn’t out of the question for me lately. But it would have been great to see the level of attention given to all customers, not just a few. The food is what has changed most to me. I don’t know if they have new cooks, new recipes, or new way of cooking. I was feeling naughty and ordered a fried sampler platter. Everything on there was cooked too long. The jalapeño cheese poppers had no cheese left at all. The rest just had a burnt taste to it. The other day I went there and the food was okay, but lacked something. I had a Santa fe chicken dish. There was an overwhelming taste of citrus upon first taste, but it became more mellow as I continued to eat the chicken breast. I would have liked more onion and mushrooms on the chicken. The cheese was just the right quantity though. The veggies on the side were pretty good. Had some squash, zucchini, and peppers. Another dish, that use to be my go to favorite, is the quesadilla. It seems to taste different now too. Anyway, I felt compelled to rewrite, or add, to my old review here. All things considered, I feel this place is now a solid three.

Skeeters is a neighborhood staple, I have been coming here for fifteen years for a reason. There service is amazing and there food is consistent and high quality. You can’t go wrong with the burgers, or any of the salads. I would also recommend trying the breakfast buffet on the weekends, it is seriously the best in Houston with an amazing mix of Tex mex and American favorites, biscuits and gravy and Tamales in the same buffet! The food also comes out super quick, you get chips and salsa/queso immediately upon order and the food never takes more then ten minutes to come out. The kitchen is also completely open and visible, not many restaurants do that, only the ones that have nothing to hide!

This is a great little lunch spot if you work in the Greenway area. Their menu caters to just about anyone’s taste in food. I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich. It’s grilled but has a great smoked chicken flavor that I love. Food is always fresh and hot, and quick to boot! Friendly staff — in and out easy peasy. Definitely a keeper.

This place is fine. Salads and fajitas are their stand out dishes. Wings are decent but need about 90 more seconds in the fryer and we of substantial size. The hot is decently hot. The service well… nothing exceptional. The girl who worked here seemed new /confused. Lot of TVs and Cheap, good coffee during the week.

No service restaurant but better than going to Mc Donald’s or Burger King. I would recommend the Mushroom Burger and the Fish Taco. Good prices and fast,

Ordered Mexican plate and was very disappointed with enchiladas. Meat was good, but mostly tortilla and really skimpy on the cheese. Skimping on cheese in an enchilada should be a crime. I feel robbed and sad.

Disgusting our food was covered in flies! Time to call the Texas Health Department. Seriously gross. Flies everywhere.

Olé skeet squad as we like to refer it, they are a local West U favorite for some, entrenched in the culture. Very average food, but a solid spot to bring the kids. This was a favorite back on the day during my little league days, and continues to be a consistent spot to get a decent meal. A solid base hit, Skeeters is a consistent player in the food game.

This is the best brunch value of which I know. They have an omelette station, three types of prepared eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, pancakes, french toast, fresh fruit, and lots more. They cater to kids.

I’ve been patronizing this place for a couple of years now mainly because of their Sunday breakfast buffet. Their food is nothing to shout about, but it is a buffet. Although edible, I wouldn’t recommend the French toast – too soggy. The staff is friendly and accommodating when requesting to change the channel on one of their many TVs. The only things I miss are the knick-knacks that used to be on the shelves. It looks like that is trying to make a comeback. All in all, a pretty good place to have weekend breakfast at.

The food here isn’t gonna win any awards. However their service is good and it’s a good atmosphere for kids and families. I noticed that the tables are covered with brown packing paper; I’m guessing its so that kids can color on it? Cool idea, or maybe it’s just to cover their scratched up tables? Looking at the menu, it looks like it was a burger place and then they started serving Mexican food, or vice versa. Gf had the chicken fajitas and I had the sampler plate. The chicken had too much of a chargrilled taste it overpowered the flavor. The sampler plate had chicken tenders, wings, poppers, and mushrooms and I’m sad to say Chili’s or Applebee’s tastes better. I also think their ice tea tastes like they use tap water :(

Not much options during lunch for a vegetarian. Even most of their salads feature meat. I went with the avocado tacos which were fried and similar in taste to Torchy’s. I wasn’t expecting the avocados to be fried but it was all right. The two tacos come with a side of chips and salsa. I also ordered a side of beans which were mediocre. Layout reminds me of a sports bar with multiple tvs tuned onto sports even during soap opera hours.

Someone thought it would be just spiffy to leave the front overhead door open to bring that wonderful Houston, mid-80 degree, mugginess inside! Flies, too, and why no hair nets? Somehow the new remodel missed the mark. I’m sweating it out with this average cheeseburger, listening to horrible 70s music. It’s Monday.

We were in Houston visiting, this place wasn’t too far from our hotel in Westchase and it was family friendly. My kids enjoyed coloring and hanging their pictures on the wall. There was a small arcade also. My husband had tacos, and he said they weren’t very good. I enjoyed my salad a lot and the kids seemed to like their dinner choices also. Price was relatively cheap.
