Very disappointed. I was told to come in to see a car that they didn’t have, talked to «Cindy» never saw her said she left in less than 15 min of me arriving. They pulled my credit without my consent. Bad business all the way around and I would not recommend this company. Very upset I wasted my time and they lied.

The finance manager’s name is Ashley and she will sell you a fairy tale to get you in the doors. «I am the finance manager so I can approve you for this much and no down payment» I called and verified the deal we had in place with this woman 4 times. My exact approval amount with my no down payment. however when you walk in the door she is never anywhere to be found and all the stuff you were promised goes right out the door. The «sales manager» will then come and sit with you and tell you that he will «help» you out so your approval with the finance manager turns into about half of what you were told. And then your no down payment turns into a mandatory down payment that they deem necessary. And after that they will tell you how good it is for your credit to take an older car with high miles off of their hands. And then to top it off none of the cars will come with any warranty whatsoever.
This is not the place you want to buy a car from.

This place is the WORST!!! False advertising and poor customer service. The sales person you talk to over the phone magically disappears once you go in and tell them about the approval quote you received over the phone. This place is just an all around lie and waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!!!
