Smashburger

I told myself I would never eat at anotjer Smash Burger ever again in August of 2015, but I gave the fadt food place another shot. I shouldn’t have.
Went here for a quick bite as we were furniture shopping at The Dump. We figured we would eat and then head to our favorite place to buy furniture.
Well, we ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and just a regular burger. Specifically requested two regular egg buns and no chipotle on either burger as we are sensitive to spicy foods. I know, how spicy could it be??? The problem is that I dont want to take a chance when I have tons of driving and shipping to do.
Lone behold, my order comes out and on a chipotle bun with some chipotle sauce.
I go up to the front, show the lady delivering the food to the tables my receipt, and she reacted as if I insulted her. Her response was «you shouldn’t have ordered it». Well, I didn’t so give me what I did order. All I asked from her was for two new egg buns. Nothing more. Didn’t want them to make brand new burgers, just grabbed two new buns and split.

First timer and It was an okay experience. Cashier was friendly but the lady over-​seeing the cooks in the back was yelling all kinds of unnecessary things at the We got a mushroom Swiss burger and a spicy veggie burger and a fountain drink. It was already 15 $ so we didn’t get any sides. The sides would’ve probably made it a 4 star experience. Spicy jalapeño veggie burger was good except I wish the bun was hot and toasty instead of cold. It could’ve used some pickled jalepino ls instead of regular jalapeños or pickles with the regular jalapeños. No complaints about the mushroom Swiss. It just wasn’t the best.

I’m not a big fella but I’ve never met a Smashburger that I didn’t like.
I love their avocado chicken club and their avocado burgers. And without further ado, I must compliment them on their seasoned herb and garlic fries. To me, they’re some of the best in the city and for this being a chain restaurant, it’s good to know that i can have this at any location.
This location has a great staff; usually fast and friendly. It’s usually kept clean and good for maneuvering.
They serve beer but i thought it was high priced, but what else would i expect from a non-​bar restaurant who serves beer.
Personal note: I hope Smashburger shuts down these other fast food joints. Smash is easily better than 90% of them.

I have been to other smashburgers but this was my first time at this one. Its clean. The staff is friendly. Ordered. Waited. Waited. Waited.
A pet peeve of mine is to be served prior to childs meal. I cannot enjoy or start my meal if I have a kid still waiting for theirs. So I had him start on mine. I feel like restaurants should keep this in mind as a general courtesy.
We waited for my other sons order to come out and it came out with long waits in between. The place wasnt crowded but it appeared to be short staffed.
Once meal was finally fully served we definitely enjoyed our meal. Its smashhburger so its delicious.
The redeeming part of the trip was that there was a caricaturist there drawing for customers for free. Also the staff was super polite.

Wow! This place was great from start to end. I was unfamiliar with the menu and needed a minute to look. The cashier, who I also think was the manager, gave me plenty of time without feeling uncomfortable and was right there when I was ready. I was a little disappointed to be there since I wanted to go to a different burger place. Man was I wrong! Despite the large lunch crowd on a Friday, our food took less than ten minutes. My burger, the mushroom truffle oil Swiss, was so delicious and juicy. The seasoning was right on, there were plenty of mushrooms, and most impressive it didn’t fall apart while I tried to eat it, as is typical for burgers of its type. The egg bun was light and fluffy but still held up to the other delicious ingredients. My boyfriend got the bacon cheeseburger and was impressed too. The garlic Rosemary fries were a little oily but super crispy and perfectly seasoned.
I am surprised by the negative reviews and ratings. My experience was above and beyond expected. The staff also made it a great experience, they were welcoming and friendly without being overbearing.

Smashburger has the benefit of a crafty menu with a finer burger topping ingredient variety, putting them in an upper echelon over fast food. This branch should be a proud representative as all the food is cooked with serious love. The service is fast, concise and confident. The food came out under perfect time and immediately delivers visually and in taste. Fries come glistening from the heavens and any variety of their burgers delivers a punch.

Completely underwhelmed. Really not s good and plenty of other options. Not worth the calories

One of the cash register guys working at 7 PM was incredibly kind. The whole time we were there he was just working nonstop. The food was a bit salty, but came out fast.

The reason why I didn’t give this place a full five stars because I was disappointed with the restrooms. When you walk in here you will notice that this place is that the menu’s are placed near the door. That’s smart! (Hopefully no one takes them) So I ordered with ease. OH MY GOSH I have to point this out but I went on the weekend and there were 2 cute guys that looked like they came out from Abercrombie bags. The environment of this place is very friendly in my opinion. People are attentive and food is delish! The meat is sooooo soft! Its as if it just melts in my mouth! The sweet potato fries are GOOD! Also, I like how the place is set up (free refills), kinda a bit fancy and overpriced version of fast food. The meat is worth it fellows its LEGIT! The restroom could use some cleaning though. Either way, I want to come back soon!

These burgers are amazing! I didn’t know what to expect when I got here but I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and Smashfries and was so impressed that my boyfriend and I came back the next day. I totally recommend it, clean and casual atmosphere and delicious food.

If you’re looking for a slimy salad, this is the place. While I realize their priority is not salad, I have had this at other locations and it was great. The boys (3) likes their burger and chicken tenders, but I’m writing the review — so I give them 2 stars because I spent more time picking slimy lettuce out of my salad then eating it.

Why, oh why does this location keep forgetting my pickles on my burger?
Why is there only one guy in then kitchen Sunday night?
Disappointment.

Over priced for a so so burger. Could have gotten a better burger at whataburger for ½ the price. I got the ½lb burger and it was on the same bun as my wife’s ¼lb burger. The meat was hanging out of the bun by an inch all around. The taste was boring. This was the 2^nd. Time we trying it. We won’t be back.

My daughter loves her burger but I’m not impressed. My salad is wilty, cashier couldn’t tell me if the veggie trio was battered, smash burger fries super oily. Won’t be returning to this location. I hAve had better experiences at the vintage location.

This place is worth the occasional splurge. It’s a bit pricey for a regular meal to me. But I can treat myself from time to time. Food was well prepared, fresh & service was quick & friendly. I am glad to have this location in this area, that I travel in quick often.

Food is good of course but the woman behind the counter taking our order has the worse customer service skill. The whole time she was taking our order her elbow was leaning on the counter while brushing her bangs back… like she was bored. I used to be in the service business and that behavior is bad for business.

Awesome food. And their raspberry tea is AMAZING! So glad they built one closer to us… will definitely be visiting here often!

As a Smashburger fan, this location only gets mid-​grade from my family. I know it’s a new location and maybe getting the kinks out of the way but service was somewhat slow and unorganized. They brought out our orders one at a time, and by the time I got mine, my kids were almost done with theirs (if they had waited to eat the same time as us, their food would’ve been cold)

Ate here today with Eddie for lunch. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and sweet tea. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were nice. My food came out hot and in a very short amount of time. The sandwich was hot and tasty. The staff came by several times to see if we needed anything else. kiind of unusual for a fast food place. Overall it was a good experience.

This chain serves good quality food at reasonable prices. I had their truffle mushroom Swiss burger along with a salted caramel milkshake. The hamburger had several great tastes to it. First of all the patty tasted like a hamburger should. Cooked and seasoned properly. Superior to any other chains patty and one of the better ones you will ever try. The truffle mushroom part was simply yummy. It was a smooth tasting sandwich that made me happy.
The salted caramel milkshake is a drink/​dessert that is hard to describe other than it is addicting! Seriously! Try one and I think you will agree.
This store just opened. My service was very good. The staff was very respectful and aimed to please.
I recommend and will return.
