Snap! Photobooth

We used Snap! Photobooth for our wedding in April of 2014 — I would not recommend them to anyone for a wedding or special event. We had several issues with the company starting after the wedding — we didn’t receive our USB with all of the pictures until two and a half months after the event & only after calling several times. the next issue we had with them was getting our photo album/​guest book that had our guests notes to us — we still haven’t received it and I don’t think we ever will after trying countless times to get in touch with someone who can explain what happened and make reparations for them losing something that is irreplaceable — i will never know what loving and sweet messages our guests left for us.
Overall getting in touch with the business is easy if you aren’t having a problem — if you are they avoid you at every turn and make unacceptable excuses for a «business».

We just used their service and I was not happy. Before you consider paying for their service ask to see examples of real client photos. Do not go by what they post on the internet. We got a white wrinkled background with dark top corners on the images. The lighting was horrible. Also, you will not get the digital copies of all the images. If you want them you have to pay an additional $ 2 for each film strip. You would think with what they are charging they would load all of the images taken at the event that only takes them maybe 15 mintues to burn on CD.

I bought a groupon for my wedding, and they were wonderful! The photobooth was a huge hit at the wedding. My friends loved the props Daniel brought with him. I also sent Daniel a logo I created which he was able to put ln every photo strip. The scrapbook I received with all the pictures is so awesome. They used my colors and even bought scrapbook wedding stickers. I have seen assistants at photobooths at other weddings put the album together sloppily, but mine is so neat and organized. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a photobooth for their wedding. In addition, I decided last minute like 2 weeks before my wedding that I wanted uplighting and called Daniel. He was able to put pink uplighting throughout the place, totally transforming my venue!
