The food is never really warm. I’m always afraid someone is having a bad day and will spit in my food if I say something. Sometimes I get an order to be correct, but most of the time they’ll just half ass or come up with something completely wrong… Like making some guys all beef hotdog out of a non all beef foot long that they cut in half. This place is a joke!

Came here this morning(it was dead) pulled up to the speaker to order and waited five minutes a cute little lady came out and waived me to drive up so I drove up to the window waited and some light skin black lady was on the phone and then came up to the window I ordered a sausage burrito and she right away cut me off and told me they were out of eggs? Like out of eggs? Why are you open at 8 am if your not serving breakfast items? Seemed kind of fishy I honestly think she just didn’t want to take the order and just wanted to go on with her phone call instead… Very annoyed. She didn’t even try to offer anything else on the menu just shooed me away closing the little windows…

The manager Alphonso was incredibly rude when I called to say that the burgers we bought were cold(bottom buns literally like on a freezer cold), and could I bring them back. He said he didn’t believe me lol! Got the Sonic’s customer service«hotline» and complained. Was told this was a franchise store and to expect a call from the owner within 2 business days. Almost a week and never got a call from anyone. Very unacceptable, unsanitary, and unprofessional.

Well, I won’t tell you to expect too much from Sonic. It is your basic fast food joint. It is greasy, unhealthy, and everything else you expect from your usual fast food place. The good thing about Sonic is rhat it’s fast and you can eat from the comfort of your own car if you wished. Also, the happy hour drinks and discounted summer shakes are very enticing. I recently had their new bacon and cheddar croissant dog. I was highly disappointed with this new menu item. The bun seemed no different than a regular hot dog bun except it was more dense and heavy. The taste was moderate. They definitely skimped on the cheddar. But, the bacon was crispy and decent. I also ordered chili cheese tots. They totally skimped on the chili and cheese. Super disappointing! The one really good item offered was the mozzarella sticks. They were surprisingly good. They were crispy and the melted cheese pulled away perfectly as you pulled it apart. The marinara sauce they serve is a little ‘bleh’ though. But, it’s Sonic. Don’t expect much.

If I could give negative stars I would. The food is barely edible the people who work there have a combined total IQ of 43. I only figure that because something is always missing even after waiting 15 minutes for my food and drinks. Then I never get a receipt. And I never get correct change. It is in a great location only wish they had people who cared a little bit about their job working there. When I ask for extra ketchup it is either forgotten or thrown in the bag making all unstable items fall out. Napkins are a rarity. The only thing that keeps me coming back is my 30 minute lunch in the same parking lot– most of which is used waiting for my unappetizing food. Don’t go to this sonic unless you’re dying.

I’ve been to this location a few times now since moving back to Houston. It is without a doubt the worst sonic I’ve visited in Texas. I haven’t had a visit where everything is correct the first time and the employees show their frustration when asked(politely) for the items ordered. This visit I ordered two of their new 44oz «splash» drinks. We were given 16oz drinks at the window. When I told them we ordered 44oz, the guy said«well you were charged for smalls so you’ll have to pay the difference». I told him that wouldn’t be a problem and he shut the window without a word. 10 minutes later(yes, TEN) the window opened, he handed us our drinks and shut the window. Didn’t charge me extra, but also didn’t say a word. No «sorry», no «thanks», not even a «here!». The drinks, btw, weren’t good. I don’t have the courage to waste my money again to see if they’re just bad, or were made poorly because we asked for the correct size.

Worst service ever! Do not go here! Customer service here was crap! Ordered a decent two person meal to go and came out with fingerprints all over it. WTTF?! Usually when you order something to go, you have faith that it was what you ordered without having to inspect it. I get it. This isn’t exactly Brenner’s steakhouse and you pay for what you get but I’m pretty sure the menu didn’t say it comes with the staff’s DNA. When I explain it to me, they blow me off and ask me if I was sure because, yes, I like to waste my time with random restaurants instead of enjoying a meal. I’ve gone here twice and my brother has had a similar experience with the service. They need to give that place a full staff enema.

This sonic takes way too long to complete orders, doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not. The service is less than friendly, the food is actually decent once you get it. There seems to be some staffing issues that could certainly take this sonic from a 1 star to a 4 star, in my opinion they are either severely understaffed or poorly trained.

I’m not a fan when it comes to fast food, but I love the mango tea and the java milkshake. It was pretty tasty. The service was alright. I’m a visitor from California and Texas weather isn’t to my liking. The milkshake and the tea helped me endure the oven like weather.

apology accept i guess? i’ve been to many Sonics around the Houston vicinity. and NEVER have i waited for my food as long as I did today. you own a fast food joint, yet it takes 30 mins to get your food. I felt like i waited in the car forever to get my food. the car hop girl apologize when our food was brought out, gave them my card cause their stupid machine was broken. had to wait again for it to be brought back. please hire more staff, one car hop girl can’t bring food to a dozen+ cars at once.

No complaints here. It’s my neighborhood Sonic’s. It’s not ghetto, gets my food out quickly, and my drinks are always mixed correctly(I want that maraschino cherry even if I’m getting a Diet Cherry Limeade!). They’re also very obliging for special requests. At one point, a certain someone asked for some chili — which they don’t usually sell by itself, but they did anyway, because they’re cool like that.
