I hope by some miracle the owner of this franchise reads this review. After sitting in a bay for over TEN minutes waiting to give my order, my food was prepared wrong even with the correct items on the screen. The wrong condiments were put on all 5 burgers that had been ordered. After coming back to the location to get this corrected, I waited again with no response. Finally, I pulled into what I thought was the drive thru and there was no response. Finally was able to speak to someone and they messed up my order again. This time, I took the order to the door of the building to get the workers attention. He invited me into the building and had me write the order down. I’m now, sitting in my vehicle, waiting on my food for the third time. It has been almost 40 mins. since I first pulled in and I guarantee it was my last. I live in this area and I assure you I will warn every person that I come into contact with to save their time and money and avoid this place at all cost. The service was horrible and wrong food that I did receive the first TWO times looked horrendous.

If I could give a negaitive I would. Worst service! Matt just argued with me on how the bacon cheeseburger comes. That’s the only thing I ever get at all sonics and I have NEVER been treated so poorly. Aweful service!

Me and my boyfriend live right near by and have been very disappointed with the lack of good service at this location lately. We had just got done at the gym and we wanted the half price shakes. We drove into a carport, decided what we wanted, and pressed the button. We waited five minutes and pressed it again. We waited 20 minutes and got absolutely no service. The worse part was the night manager was looking right at us and didn’t do a thing! We were parked right in front of the window to the kitchen and could tell the night manager wasn’t busy with anything. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we have received poor service here. We were there about a month ago and it wasn’t very busy, it was the middle of the day, and we wanted some cherry limeades. We waited 30 minutes this time after ordering. We ended up leaving and never got our drinks. This Sonic is terrible.

Worst Sonic EVER! I waited over 20MINUTES for 3 waters, 3RT44 drinks, and 1 freaking corndog during happy hour. I called and spoke with the manager, Shawn, and he stated that they are in a bad situation. One customer even got out of his car to complain. My carhop, Matthew, did apologize for the wait. I only visited this location because it was near my carwash. I will NEVER return again. NEVER!

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. I went here after work on 4th of July and Raising Cane’s was closed. This is right next door so why not right? Wrong. The fries were stale and I just lost my appetite from that alone. Don’t forget there’s a Chick fil a few blocks away so just go there for chicken, if Raising Cane’s is closed. I totally forgot about this bc it’s fairly new. Just FYI.

My experience at this Sonic was the WORST. Not because of the food or the location, no, because the service is horrible. I went there and was second in line at the drive through and ordered a medium drink and a cup of ice. I was there 10 minutes watching all the cars in the parked section receive their food, 3 cars in the drive through actually BACKEDOUT, the guy in front of me drove off, and then one of the employees asked me «what are you waiting on again?». I politely repeated my order(even though i wanted to throw something at him). Another 10 minutes later, the poor guy behind me gets his ONEDRINK that he ordered and is now stuck, so i drove off. Right as i turned the corner i saw the server come out with my drink and cup of ice. YOUHAVEGOTTOBEKIDDINGME. Why are the sonic spark drinks so good??? Would have been nice if i had actually gotten mine.

Are you open, or not? It’s Saturday. We stop in at 11pm. We’re hungry, and we were told that your location closes at midnight. We were told this by an employee of your establishment on Friday night. Yes, one day earlier. Now, why Sonic are you refusing to serve us at 11 o’clock on Saturday? Is this particular Sonic caught in some sort of interstellar time vortex where 11 o’clock Saturday is actually 4:45am Sunday? Or, are your employees trying to bail early on your customers? I took it when my food came out luke warm. I took it when you slathered my food in Mayo, even when I said«No f&@king Mayo.» I even took it when you forgot my ranch for the third consecutive time. But this? This is inexcusable.

Okay, so their customer service is good because they are so friendly there. Not speedy, but friendly. They have got my order wrong a couple times, but my complaint is that some of the food seems old here? The footlong chili dogs bun was hard and the fries were re-fried once and old and cold another time.

I’ll give this Sonic two stars. I can’t shoot this Sonic down as hard as the previous review, as it didn’t take that long to get the food, and we were there very late last night. However, my corn dog was lukewarm, and I can’t stand lukewarm corndogs. Corndogs are a thing of memories. Ever since a child, I looked forward to our weekly trips to the local Sam’s club, where, years ago, they used to hand dip all-beef hotdogs in fresh cornbread batter, and fry each corndog to order. This ensured a perfect, crispy, brown outside with a softer golden cornbread inside and a piping hot beef core. You know, that beef core that typically burned the shit out of you until about the fourth bite(which, at that point, you only had stick leftover). But that was never a detractor, because that corndog just rocked your world. This Sonic gave me a lukewarm corndog that seemed as if it were either fried earlier in the day, and kept under a heat lamp, or it was frozen solid when I placed my order, and only microwaved partially. Come on Sonic! Throw it in with my tots and cook it up! Maybe not. The tots were lukewarm too, but the popcorn chicken was perfectly burning hot. Remember that popcorn chicken and make my corndog like that next time. I give you ONELASTCHANCE, Sonic.

If I could put no stars I would. Poor slow service. We went through the drive thru and she didn’t take our complete order. We waited for our food for 10 minutes. We didn’t pay yet so we just left because they were taking too long. I would recommend finding a different one to go to unless u want to wait long for your food
