I like this place. I would recommend it, and I’m surprised at the two lower-​star ratings for SWAAA.
I feel that Dr Chen is helpful and knowledgeable. The times I’ve visited the doctors, they are very busy with full schedules, this is why I took off one star. The office staff are helpful; the billing adviser is knowledgeable, and the shot administrators are very nice as well. The location is so convenient for me, which is amazing. There is plenty of parking in the back lot behind the building. I have been going here for over a year and my allergies have greatly improved. They have a pretty wide range of available hours for shots, and I have been able to make appointments to see the Dr. next day which is great!

I have been seeing Dr. Chen here for several months and he has done a good job. His recommendations have helped my asthma symptoms, and he has always taken time to answer my questions. I am now on a weekly regimen of allergy shots at his office.
Unfortunately, his staff have been unprofessional and disrespectful all 6 times I have seen him. When I have billing questions, they are condescending and curt. When they get around to answering questions on scheduling and pricing, they will first make me wait up to 30 minutes or more before saying they do not know. They are simply apathetic towards helping their patients.
This office is an unwelcoming and rude place that I will be leaving soon. I recommend you find a different doctor.

I started coming here on a recommendation from a friend. The office is super convenient, I never have to worry about parking and they are pretty quick. Their magazine selection could really use some help, especially since you have to sit there for 20 minutes after getting an allergy shot to insure you don’t have an adverse reaction. I have had the worst allergies for years and after a few months of shots, they have gotten so much better!
