Very cozy atmosphere and nice staff! The room setting is clean, cute, and cozy, there are even forks, plates, and cups in the kitchen area. Overall a nice stay with amazing price

One of the nicest Staybridge I’ve stayed at. I was here for a quick biz trip and pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Great sitting areas in and around the lobby as well as outside. Brand new hotel and you can certainly tell. Room was extremely comfortable and very clean –see photos. Too bad I was only staying one night. Breakfast included hot items. The only con is the location –though close to IAH there is nothing else around. If you ventured out in the wrong direction, you could possibly end up in a not so good part of town, as I was told. Good thing I was meeting a friend for dinner who knew the area.

There needs to be a no smoking policy within the pool area. They need designated smoking areas away from building, pool area and bbq. They were great with asking the guests to not smoke but according to them it’s a reoccurring problem yet they don’t find a more permanent solution. Also, because the smokers knew we complained, the old woman retaliated by kicking water at us and splashing a 20-month-old baby. Some people just don’t have common decency so you have to tell them not to do it, like to not smoke in the presence of babies. The suite needs a bathtub especially since there’s a baby. They need more dollies. Two is not enough when one is broken. Oh, they’re also not vegetarian friendly. There’s meat in the eggs on most days. Why put meat in the eggs when there’s already another serving of meat? Overall, this place is not recommended as it is not family friendly.

So nice, you literally would want to live here. I need to rethink my hotel of choice after this stay. By far the most beautiful, comfortable, and warmest room to date of all travels. Add to that Laura at the main desk was a gem. The pictures uploaded should give you an idea. I will look for this chain from now on. Bed was dangerously comfortable for someone with an early flight. Set two alarms away from the oversized mattress the you will melt in. It will force you to get up, Shower is a great size, nice room in it, and solid water pressure. Too many places these days have little or barely any pressure. Save«energy» but I can’t wash my hair! It is a few miles for the restaurants, but great location to the airport. A definite return to this one, as well as this chain.

Every room comes equipped with a kitchenette, and pots/pans/silverware are all provided. I didn’t get a chance to cook anything in my room but they definitely had everything I needed in case I wanted to cook, including dishwashing liquid. I also had a toaster, microwave, and fridge in my room. The rooms are spacious enough for a queen size bed and pull-out couch, but if you use the sleeper sofa, space is somewhat limited. I love their down pillows, and everything seems to be in good condition as it’s still a relatively new hotel. Pros: — Fitness center open 24 hours. 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, and weight machine — Complimentary daily breakfast 6:30 am-9:30 am with make-your-own waffles, hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and either sausages or ham. Cold items include cantaloupe/watermelon, boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, pastries, cereal Cons: — Not within walking distance to any restaurants; room service menu seemed bland and pricey — Easy to miss the hotel. You have to drive along Frontage Road and not the Sam Houston 8 Beltway. We didn’t buy the toll pass from the car rental agency so as soon as we got off the 45, we had to drive local for a couple of miles to reach Staybridge. Not too much of a hassle and definitely do-able if you want to avoid the toll roads Don’t come here expecting any extra frills but for a budget-conscious traveler, Staybridge has all the amenities you need and more. Its proximity to the toll roads mean you have to stay on Frontage Rd and avoid the 8 Beltway, but it is still relatively easy to get to. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and coffee & tea are always available.

Came to Houston last month for an interview that I had and stayed at this fine establishment. I had honestly never heard of Staybridge Suites before but the prices looked reasonable and the pictures of the place looked nice when I was searching for a place to stay for a few nights while I was in town and the place exceeded my expectations. They day I was to check in my flight came in early and my wife, daughter and I were able to check into a room well before normal check in times which we greatly appreciated. The place has a unique set up in that the had complimentary hot breakfast and dinner at night included in your stay. Surprisingly the food was excellent and they even had beer on tap during the dinner hours. Everything about this place was excellent, the staff, room, common areas everything.

If you need a shuttle pick up from IAH, call once you arrive as they don’t have constant shuttles back and forth. You’ll probably have to wait for them to have a free moment and drive there. FYI. If you’re driving here from the East, turn into the Shell parking lot. I definitely got lost and missed that memo and ended up driving in circles through the semi-industrial ghetto in the dark. Anyways, the hotel is nice. It looks new, which it must be since I’m the first one to make a post and Unilocal business listing. The staff have all been super great. I did not get a chance to eat the dinner served, but will definitely do so next time I stay. It makes the slightly higher price worth it(compared to HIE that I usually stay in). The room itself is beautiful. Undermounted sinks in a hotel? Fo sho! TLDR? 1. Good water shower pressure 2. Firm but comfy bed 3. Soft towels(not saying much for hotel towels, but worth noting) 4. Decent gym 5. Excellent, full breakfast(fresh oatmeal!!!) 6. Convenient access to highway, and not loud 7. Good, steady wifi 8. Night time parking lot security guard 9. Facial tissues were sandpaper, but smelled like vanilla ice cream 10. Priority Club snacks! I’d stay again. It’s pretty convenient to where I need to be for work. It’s borderline 4 stars due to its somewhat shady location. There’s not much to do within 10 miles.
