If I didn’t have to give at least one star, I wouldn’t have. Service is horrible. Workers have nasty attitudes, which is obvious they hate their job. Don’t take it out on the customers. Didn’t have anything available, one piece of footlong wheat bread. Then had the audacity to blame it on other workers on the previous shift. Anyone who has customer service experience understands that you never tell the customer that. I asked for a subway melt and the girl didn’t even know what goes on a subway melt. I told her the ingredients but somehow I still ended up with a subway club! Oh did I mention that one of the girls were eating the whole time? I’ll make sure everyone in this area that I know never eat at this crappy ass location ever again.

After consuming their commercialized sandwiches throughout all my college years, I told myself never to eat another Subway sandwich as long as I live. I was so burnt out. There just weren’t many other food options back then at UH… plus it was the closest thing to «Healthy» for five bucks. Those years have really added up quickly, and till this day I never forgot the sickening smell and taste of their brand — lettuce lettuce lettuce. Everything just smells and taste like iceberg lettuce.(don’t get me started on the pickles) Today, I traveled back in time after ordering a meatball sandwich. As I watched her count the number of meatballs going in my 9 grain honey oat, I’m thinking«come on… add one more!!!» Nope! Exactly eight regulation meatballs. No more, no less. I then ask her to put every vegetable on my sandwich. It’s always amusing to see what technique they to jam pack everything together without exploding. Did it explode? Let’s just say I ended up eating my sandwich with a fork. Meatball sandwich time machine for $ 6.50. They used to be $ 5.00. Since when did they raise the price? It looks like nothing is $ 5 anymore, not even the tuna. Considering the price, I might as well have eaten at Quiznos, Jersey Mikes, or Panera Bread. Never the less, it put food in my stomach and I got right back to work.

It’s a subway what do you expect. They sometimes run out of food which is annoying but I don’t come here that often so it isn’t bad. The people working always seem to be in a bad mood but they make my meal correct so no complaints there.
