The Cantina Veggie Burrito from this location was absolutely disgusting! I order these all the time, I know how they should be made and what I received tonight had none of the Cantina ingredients and was tiny in size. There was no rice, no beans. The only contents I could make out were sour cream, guac, lettuce, and a few tomatoes. Really? For FOUR DOLLARS? That’s not even a burrito — that’s condiments wrapped in a tortilla! What a waste of money!!! I’ll be going to the other Taco Bell on Westheimer from now on.

This location has just reopened. It was torn down and rebuilt as a Taco Bell only, no more Long John Silvers. I am so glad it has reopened. It’s just down the street which is so convenient for my beefy frito burrito cravings

This is my go to spot after working out at the 24 gym that’s right next door, because my only purpose in working out is so I can eat some Mexican pizzas.
The real MVPs of this Taco Bell are the drive-​through employees. They are nice and very friendly. I can say «How are you» and «Thank you» and they will actually respond instead of acting like regurgitating robots who only care about doing their jobs.
Taco bell isn’t as good as it used to be but it’s a good after hours option

If you’re expecting a lot from a fast food place then, please. lower your noses.
I would marry Taco Bell if it was legal. So with that said, obviously I’m a huge fan of their food.
I’ve only been in the drive thru, but there’s consistently someone who’s just absolutely so polite and is happy to take your order, it’s made me wonder sometimes if I was at a Chik Fil A instead.
Also this morning when I got my sausage AM crunch wrap, the lady asked what kind of hot sauce I wanted. and then she gave me the option of getting the salsa hot sauce. My whole entire day is completely made now.
Taco Bell. you either love it, or you don’t.
and I do. especially this location.

If you have to eat fast food and you like Taco Bell then I would pick this location first. I must say that these people have always been polite to me and the food is always as ordered and put together with respect. Just don’t eat this kind of food on a regular basis and you should be fine.

Pepsi dispenser not working. No coleslaw with meal and only tarter sauce or ketchup available for chicken. I will never eat here again.

Taco Bell was the only Mexican Restaurant I was exposed to growing up in the 80s in Long Beach, Mississippi. Here in Texas, it is sacreligious to call a Taco Bell a Mexican restaurant! The Taco Bell urge only comes really late at night when i am feeling nostalgic for a couple of their crunchy beef tacos! And this particular location is fun because there is a Long John Silver joined to it (gosh those fried fish planks hit the spot!)
We recently made a midnight run for the border and were utterly disappointed. I wish I had taken a picture of the crunchy beef taco. I asked for two without cheese. Instead I got two without lettuce and tomatos and lots of cheese :/​bummer.
I opened the taco and found a sad tiny line of taco meat sitting at the bottom of the taco (after removing ALL of the shredded cheese). I wish I had taken a picture of it.
Anyway, we have decided that we will no longer subject our bodies to this garbage, at least not until i long for some good olé’ MIssissippi Mexican food memories again!

Going through the drive-​thru took almost 20 minutes from start to finish. Upon exiting the drive-​thru, I found my order was missing an item. I had to go around to the front door as it was after hours, and I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes to get to the window. They promptly corrected my order and apologized, but the food was cold, and it was not good. I don’t expect gourmet cuisine, but the Taco Bell further west on Westheimer that burned down was MUCH better.

Hope this was an average night because the food and service were awesome for a fast food joint. Quick, polite counter person. Even the guy cleaning the tables checked in to see if everything was okay. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, but I haven’t experienced any of the issues previously stated.
Quality of the food was decent (we are talking LJS & the Bell here). I like the Taco Bell & Long John Silver’s store combo better than TB and KFC shops that I’ve visited. Perhaps I’m just more partial to fish.
My Tip: I just order the «Add a Piece» and pass on the heavy meal combos.

I AM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! Went through the drive-​thru to pick up lunch for a friend. I just a barely started reading out my order and the girl was already rushing me to finish it up and move on. Got to the window and wanted to confirm that everything was correct since my friend is a very picky eater… I was trying to make sure there was no lettuce and the same girl cut me off annoyed by me for an unknown reason, rolling her eyes and all, yelled out «NO LETTUCE» then told me that I could go ahead and leave BUT she hadn’t even handed me my order yet! Oh how I wanted to throw the drink that wasn’t what my friend originally wanted at that B****!!!

I drove through here at 1005 (they open at 10) in order to grab a quick bite on my way somewhere. I just grabbed some Taco Bell, and while I had to wait a few minutes, they brought it out to my car hot and fresh. No complaints.

I love long johns but this place is a joke. Half the staff is outside chatting during rush hour. They have messed up my order last 2 times in drive thru. Diners beware. I think I will be driving even farther when I need my Long Johns fix.

Ya if this is the taco bell that doubles as a Long John Silvers then yea don’t eat here. Was in the mood for some long john silver since I had not eaten LJS in a long time. Went to this place ordered food. Order was wrong. I should have checked the order before I left but I didn’t. Wont be coming back haha.
