Taco Bell

I came through the drive thru and the I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and they got my order incorrect. Instead the lady gave me what was NOT my order: a rice and steak burrito. The line was too long so I came in to get my order right. The lady who was making the food with her bare hands and sweeping the floor at the same time walked up to me picked her bugger and flicked it ONTHEGROUND right in front of me and everyone as though she was pissed off.
I immediately said give me ALL my money back as I will NOT be dining here EVER again! I even told everyone walking in to NOT eat here. This is not the first time they have got my order incorrect. This is my second time coming here and they also messed up my order the first time I initially came a few weeks back. totally disgusted at the employees and the entire facility.
I really am very angry at the whole experience. I will never go eat at another Taco Bell after this. Instead I went to Whataburger down the street. 100% better everything there.

The food here was so-​so. To be fair, we came right before they closed, but I ordered sides of queso and they had already started to clump and were luke warm at best, so I ended up having to microwave them. The rest of the meal was okay, but a lot of it ended up going in the trash.
The service here, however, was the saving grace. Even though we got there as they closed, the manager took care of us and still served us and they gave us plenty of sauces, napkins and utensils which seems silly to praise, but you’d be shocked how often these little things go unnoticed.

I will not eat at this taco bell again. They change the prices on the menu and still was charge the higher price. Took 10 mins to get my food with only one person in line. They rather service the drive thru then the customers inside. Contact Corporate office and still not got a reply either from phone, email, or letter. I will eat at Taco bell again, but never here. avoid this place.
