Below average tacos. Slow delivery and overpriced for the low quality. The only positives was the hot sauce and the guac. I suppose if you are ever in the mood for below average tacos but you do not want to drive then this may be your place.

Like the fish tacos and the brownie bites, also there burgers are good as well, but kinda pricey and will take the 45 minutes delivery time

Not much for posting compliments or writing reviews, but this place deserved my time and effort. Stopped by for lunch to give it a try and found out they were a take out only place. They have a couple of tiny tables outside but much too warm in Houston to eat outside.
But back to why I am here. Tried their grilled fish tacos and they were great! Took them awhile to put them together but certainly worth the wait and very reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back to try some of their other dishes. This guy is on track!
Authentic Mexican

I ordered food based on reviews fm Unilocal & im not happy at all. The fajitas had NO FLAVOR AT ALL! The rest of the food tasted like it came out of a can or freezer. I decided to give them a second chance, but this time the taco I ordered had ground beef & OMG talk about bland! The 1 good thing is their chips n queso. If ur stoned & have the munchies or too drunk to drive… Well they will deliver! The service is really great. Any employee in the resturant, on ph or delivery drivers are really nice & efficient!

I love coming to this place for a quick taco after I work out. For under $ 5 I can get two chicken or steak tacos, and a full helping of it to be sure. They also have a grilled chicken salad I have enjoyed on many occasions.
They have some delicious southwestern eggrolls that I get from time to time. Filled with corn, cheese and maybe some peppers, it is warm, crunchy and delicious! They have a deal where you can check in on Unilocal and get a free appetizer… so take advantage!
As for their salsa, I enjoyed the red for a while, but all of a sudden it got HOT. Just tons of heat. And it isnt so much a spiciness as it is just HEAT.
All in all, if you are looking for some easy tacos this place is priced exactly right and pretty delicious! They deliver too!

Fantastic! Tried carnitas, shrimp, and fish (fried and grilled) tacos. All superb! Even chips con queso and with the salsa were very tasty. Be careful not to drive past it’s inconspicuous location in a strip mall.

Tucked in a small shopping strip right on Chimney Rock, I wouldn’t necessarily choose to come here, given all the good tacos you can get in Houston. But it’s a good place to try if you’re craving tacos in the area.
I think they do most of their business catering or pick-​up /​delivery, because there is a total of 2 tables… outside. Things to try: fish tacos, mushroom beef, carnitas. Their Carnitas and pineapples are a good idea. but they use canned pineapples instead of fresh. They definitely have a good amount of carnitas in their tacos. For those super hungry, these are the authentic Mexican tacos (hence, small in size), not your tex-​mex extra large ones. Grilled fish tacos were my favorite, although they ran out of cabbage and used lettuce instead, and had a little too much sauce (tasted similar to Thousand Island. really hoping it wasn’t though).

What can i say, this place was just Meh… This was nothing special about this hole in the wall. Nothing about the food stood out except for how fishy the grilled fish taco was. I would not really recommend this place

I had the grilled fish tacos. Great taste, just really tiny. I loved the grilled option & the price. Friendly staff– definitely not a dine in place, more of the grab & go type.

decent food. nice lil hit em & quit em spot. everything needs to be about $ 1 cheaper to me. and big minus for canned refried beans but everything else seemed to be fresh…
shrimp tacos are just ok-​something is missing though. fish tacos were much better, they had a nice sauce on em with cabbage and the carnitas bowl was tasty but they didn’t give me the cilantro rice that I ordered. it was plain white rice. i may try them again in a feeding frenzy, but not in a big hurry to try again…

Delivery Mexican food, is apparently a new concept even in the heart of Tex-​Mex cuisine, odd I know. Overall a solid B-​minus; delivery was good, presentation was fine it’s in the execution where they lost a star and a better rating. Fajita beef looked good, but had a slight taste of being old, not very fresh tasting. Also was cooked well done which anyone who knows fajitas knows it was pretty tough, not horrible but not great. Also odd tons of green peppers and almost no onions, another oddity. Tortillas were very good, they tasted fresh, as did their Pico de Gallo, cheese, and sour crème. On the lousy end of the scale was their rice, while cooked perfectly it was all but devoid of any flavor, let’s put it this way a packet of goya spanish rice from the supermarket just cooked in plain water would has 10x more flavor. They delivered on time, their driver was courteous and my co-​workers seemingly enjoyed their food too. Could be just a fluke we ordered right at noon on a Friday, or could be their quality just isn’t up to par, who knows, but for delivery I’d say it was far better than pizza, just if you want better quality food I’d say drive somewhere and dine in.

Started with the Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls. They were very good. Then had the Shrimp Taco plate. The shrimp tacos are simply outstanding. This was my second time visiting this establishment. The first time I had the Baja Fish Taco and it was excellent.

Excellent! When I first looked at my Shrimp Taco I didn’t think much of it… Then the first bite… Holy Mother of… I am forever hooked!!! Great food Great Service Great Price… its more than two hours from our home and we plan to make it an common trek just for the food!!!

We wanted to have some take out tex-​mex and found that Tacorrito delivered, so we took advantage of it.
I downloaded the menu onlie, they have a good size menu. Not too much to offer and not too little to offer. We were hoping that they would have «Aguas Frescas», but were disappointed that they did not offer them.
My wife had a «Build Your Own Burrito» and I had the «Build You Own Enchiladas». She had her burrito with traditional rice, fajita chicken, and cilantro. My enchiladas were steak, with Ancho chili sauce. We also ordered some chips and salsa and added chili con queso.
About 45 minutes later the food arrived as promised, but when I took the food out the chili con queso was missing, and I had been charged for it. I called the restaurant back up, and they offered to bring it to me or to give me credit on my next order. Seeing as this was our first time ordering from them, I went with the former in case I did not like the food and just did not see myself buying from them again. Sure enough, 10 minutes later the chili con queso came, and they threw in a free half gallon of sweet tea — good move!
The food was good, not outstanding, but good. The enchiladas were not swimming in sauce, they had the right amount. The steak was well cooked, but I had wished it had been cooked to a medium, instead of well done — but that is entirely my fault since I did not request it. The rice and beans that accompanied the enchiladas were your usual tex-​mex fare.
The burrito that my wife had was good as well, and she enjoyed it. The chicken was well seasoned, but she did say that maybe next time she will have the cilantro lime rice instead of the traditional.
All in all, great customer service! The employee who took our order was courteous and could not have been more apologetic about the chili con queso. The food was good, and I can see myself ordering from them again in the near future.

So far, the best fish tacos I’ve had in town. For under $ 8, I received 2 grilled fish tacos with a good helping of red cabbage, some cilantro and baja cream sauce, with rice and beans. I was pretty darn happy with my meal. I’ll definitely be going back.
P. s., don’t let the storefront fool you. This place has pretty good food.

This place is AMAZING. My husband and I are truly addicted and order at least once a week. It is a small hole-​in-​the-​wall delivery or take-​out only establishment. I can tell you they use very fresh, high quality ingredients. Everything tastes good– enchiladas, fish tacos, appetizers, fresh salads, and of course fajitas. Nothing is greasy or nasty. I highly recommend you try them out. You will not be disappointed.

I love Tacorrito! I was surprised to find it was not listed in Unilocal so I had to add this business. Tacorrito is more of a take out place, and they do catering as well. I went there while I was getting my car inspected at Dannys Auto Service right down the street. There are a lot of choices on the menu, and I decided to have a plate with 2 tacos (1 steak and 1 shrimp) with rice and beans. The tacos are the perfect size, and the plate meal is definitely enough food to fill any person up. I paid about 8 bucks, and the food was worth every penny. When I bit my teeth into that shrimp taco I could not believe what I was tasting. My mind when to this other place, and I thought how a Mexican joint could produce such an amazing shrimp taco. That one taco alone was worth 8 bucks to me, and I will definitely be going to back to get more shrimp tacos! The beens and rice were normal and the steak taco was delicious as well. I hope you enjoy reading this review. The service is fast, the food is fresh, and the customer service is good. I give 5 stars!
