Ten Pines At Summerwood

This places customer service is terrible !!! I am suppose to move in this weekend ! I called to get move in amount and leading agent who helped me got fired !!! First I had to keep calling about application !! Than I I am told even though the received everything and they let me sign lease !! Now nothing was in my file !!! I was upset but I did swear or raise my voice or call any one names !!! However the assitant manager told me if I have an attitude she doesn’t have to talk to me and hung up !!! Than I called back and said I don’t even want apartments now !!! Than I get threatened with a broken lease !!! I am going to call there corporate in the morning ! I am reporting them to the apartment association and the better business bureau !! If I’m forced to move in to protect my credit, I won’t be there after that lease is up !!! Terrible the way this so called manager talked to me
