There are 2 individuals here that are very rude. The state trooper tried to take up for them. I’m former military but in my opinion if you work with people daily you should be more customer service oriented. They were rude to my grandma twice until she blew up on them. Treat people the way you would like to be. Terrible DPS location.

I was told this location was not as busy. They were wrong lots of people here .why would they put carpet here is very dirty.

The worse customer service i ever had, waited in Q twice just bcz the front desk gave me the wrong tkt, and they failed my wife test stating driving slow (20) at the stree t between the houses instead of 30 !!! more funny she said check the speed signs in the street where there is none.

How can we make this a better use of space? It’s gloomy. Hardly any natural light. No Plants. But rows of chairs facing empty space and lines of people. Is this communist china? No! Because they at least have somewhat entertaining propaganda television while you wait.
But I must say the lady at the desk does know her stuff!
