No one working at inside lawn and garden. The sensors went off and gonged when I walked into the aisle and no one came. Girls were standing at the service desk adjacent to the department and no one offered assistance nor greeted me. I approached them, still no greeting or acknowledgement and asked for assistance. One picked up the phone and made an announcement without saying anything and the other two who were free, stood there with their arms folded across their chests. 6 minutes later, still no help. I left the store and will not return I will recommend that you avoid this place, folks. Disgraceful.

If I could give this store a negative on the stars I would. On more than one occasion we have come to this Home Depot for convenience but never again. The lack of customer service is unbelievable and the staff is so rude anytime you ask a question you feel like you are bothering them and that’s even when you are able to find someone. Half the time you have to walk the entire store to ask for help then get directed back to your area and they are going to send someone to you and your still waiting. If I was a manager I would be ashamed to say I managed this store.

Workers here are very friendly. This one gentlemen just went out of his way to help us. I think his name was Jesse. :) I love when I get this type of treatment at businesses.
