Food was unbelievably horrible and incorrect.
I ordered a Reuben, and it came out on untoasted white bread with, what seemed to be, cheap Budding corned beef… maybe even roast beef. I do not know because I figured I’d deal with it, but it was a goopy mess that disintegrated from the bread being untoasted and the sauerkraut being extremely wet. They attributed it to there being a new chef which was a horrible excuse trying to cover-​up that they have no idea what they’re doing.
The only thing that redeemed them, and only slightly, was the manager was more than willing to reimburse me the cost of the sandwich.

The atmosphere was nice but the waiter didn’t even know if lettuce came on the burger. We waited over 25 minutes for our food and there were only 2 tables other than us in the grill. I got pizza, which had onions on it even though the menu said nothing of the sort. It tasted bad. The dough was under-​cooked as well. I got a cookie tower which was supposed to have 3 cookies, but the cook only had two. That was fine but I would’ve liked a slight discount for that. The cookies were meh but the ice cream was good. Vanilla with chocolate swirl and mini reeses. I wish the menu had described the dessert. The waiter said it was cookies and ice cream. Flavors would’ve been nice. The bartender was only paying attention to two flirty drunk girls. I would not go again.

Venue is great.
Service was alright. Staff were friendly, but not enough wait staff. Waitress forgot to bring napkins, after asking the first time.
Catfish Po-​boy was dry. The place is edible, but not great. Pretty clean.
