I normally go to Things Remembered in The Woodlands, but lately the store is a mess and disorganized and their engraving takes too long. I went in the week before Christmas and they couldn’t have a simple wallet engraved until after Christmas, so I took it to the Willowbrook location and they had it for me the next day even though they seemed busier than the Woodlands location! I just went again to Willowbrook to get a Valentine’s Day gift. The assistant manager Sam was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful in helping me choose the perfect gift for my husband. Gabriella was busy on the engraver, but she took time away from her piles of engraving to assist me by telling me how my message would look the best on the pocket watch I was purchasing. Sarah, the store manager was balancing between several customers but still managed to make sure my buying process was going well. I am so impressed by this team, as busy as they were, they were patient with my indecisiveness. Definitely recommend!

Really bad customer service ! I have been shopping with this store when I lived in AZ, and now in Texas. I had a very very horrible experience about the store at this mall. The sale price sticker was put next to the original price ON the item. And when they came up with my total, I showed them that it was on sale. Then the sale lady just came and take out the sale tag and told me they SHOULDTAKE the sale tag down TWODAYSAGO. What the ??? are u serious? It was not just only one item but most BABY Items had have Sale Price stickers on while I was walking in. And they just took the sale stickers off in front of me right after I told them ThE sale price was on ‘em. The CEO of this company should watch the show called«under cover boss«to come and fix this store please please please. I’m NOT going to be back. NEVERAGAIN. Will tell my folks about this. Really bad customer service. No wonder why this store has bad reviews. If I could give this store half of one star, I would.

My husband and I went here recently for early Christmas shopping. We didn’t mind having to wait Two long weeks, because the manager claim they had to come from the warehouse. We pursued two nfl glass mugs. They came back exactly two weeks after ordering them. My hubby wasn’t happy how the glasses didn’t look like the display. The manager who says her name was Sarah. Said she would give our money back. I told my husband we waited two weeks for two glasses let’s just take the lost and never come back to this location. As soon as were walking out the store after I told my hubby this. The manager Sarah said under her breathe«right, go somewhere else». I was in shock and told her she needs to learn customer service. Cause she didn’t give us good service. She gave us dirty glasses when we came to pick them up. I told her to clean them and she cleaned it with Windex! On the back of the receipt it says they will make sure they do everything to make sure your pleased. And Sarah didn’t do anything but be rude. I like the store, but some employees are the worst.

Do not, I repeat DONOT shop here. Went in to get a gift for the wife for Christmas and was told the item I wanted to purchase was the last one in stock(floor model). It looked like it would do, but when asked if I would receive any sort of discount, they replied«no, we don’t adjust prices, because it is your choice to buy it». No calls to other stores, no let me see what I can do, just a snotty attitude and lack of care and respect for their customer. I’ll gladly find somewhere else to shop for the same gift :/

I bought two items elsewhere(items not carried by the store), and needed a single word on one and two initials on the other. I checked the website for info on pricing, which led me to believe it would be under $ 20, which seemed very reasonable(*they have now updated the site with more accurate pricing). It ended up costing more than twice that amount, which I wasn’t told until the work was done. My bad — should have gotten a quote first. My real issue was the lousy service and quality. When I entered the store, there were two employees behind the counter. They chatted with each other as if I wasn’t there, including walking back and forth past me several times without even a simple«we will be with you in a moment.» One woman left, and I was finally greeted by the other employee, only to be told that the one who had just walked away was the only one who could help me, and she was ‘taking a break.’ I had to wait another 15 minutes for her return, then another few minutes while she checked her phone, paced back and forth, etc. if I hadn’t waited for the last minute to get this gift engraved, I would have left. In the meantime, the other employee just stood there staring into space like someone had pushed her ‘off’ button. When employee 2 finally helped me, her demeanor exuded boredom and annoyance. I was told it would take 2 hours to do my very small engravings(though there was nothing else being engraved and no other customers). I asked them to call me when it was complete. An hour later, after having my fill of wandering the mall, I checked in to see if it might be done early. Sure enough, it was — no call. I had to unpackaged the items to check them, and found that one of the initials had been engraved crooked. Nothing I could do about it at that point, and I wasn’t even offered an apology when I pointed it out. I’m giving two stars, since I WAS able to get the engraving done the same day. I will go to a jewelry store if I ever need engraving again.

I am a last minute shopper big time I tried to avoid it this year but hey there were a few things I waited the last minute for. Of course the malls were crazy and I always make an annual trip to Things Remembered in Willowbrook Mall. This place is pretty neat it has anything from ID badges, necklaces to pretty nice looking clocks and items for your work/home desks all under $ 50.00. The really cool part is that you’re able to engrave a name or a special message, I was impressed how organized Things Remembered was. I thought I would spend at least an hour of my day trying to pick something out then pay but I was really surprised how quickly I was attended to and how friendly the staff was during all the madness. After 20 to 30 minutes I was off and even during the holidays my father’s gift would be engraved and ready by the next day. I show up the next day with receipt in hand and I pick up my item in less than 10 minutes you can’t beat that! I was really impressed and happy with this place you should check it out!
