Ordered sectional leather couch on 9÷6÷15. Was told by Brien Wetherby that it would be 90 – 120 days. we are past the 120 days and Eric, the owner has sent us a loaner couch until our sofa can be delivered. Eric was very customer service oriented and very appreciative of his willingness to work with us. Just be aware that 90 – 120 days is an estimate and will more likely be much longer.

I went into the store on post oak in Houston back in august … salesman very nice and helped me find a recliner … was told I would receive it in 90 – 120 days … now sales person is telling me that it was shipped but won’t get until sometime in January … not overly thrilled … Update. Salesman contacted me and offered $$$ off balance for hassle. Nice of company but still no delivery date. All I have is sometime in January. update — after much talk back and forth, I finally got my deposit back. owner did call to see if I still wanted the chair … I was not interested …

The measure of a business is what happens after the sale. We recently purchased a leather recliner at town and country. It arrived with problems. The local repair place they sent out(AHM Furniture) was not good. After two visits they said it had to be returned to be fixed. It took us a month to get our furniture back. There seems to be no coordination or communication between people at the Houston store. When we spoke to different people we got comments like«I was out yesterday» «no one told me» «I am not the one who communicates that», etc. we were polite and patient with the process, but 1) It should never have been delivered in less than perfect condition 2) they should have immediately had it fixed without any hassle on our part. 3) they should care enough about a customer to call and express some concern, apologize or let the customer know what the status is. I had to make numerous calls to find out what was going on. I even left two voice messages that were not returned until I called a third time. This was definitely not what I was expecting from a store that sells quality products. I must say that their delivery team led by Frank was excellent. I wish the rest of the experience had been more pleasant.

We had an easy shopping experience here! We walked in, knowing what we wanted… more or less. The saleswoman gave us some helpful information on leather grades and pricing. There was a sale going on at the time, so we managed to get a really amazing price on our first leather couch.

After driving over 25 miles to buy one of the sofas listed on their website, we found that the prices listed on the web site are not factual. Supposedly the lowest grade price is shown, but when we called the salesperson on it, we’re told sometimes they make mistakes. Too bad. We will be purchasing from another store with a sales coupon for less.

I am extremely happy with the piece of furniture but not necessarily the service that I received after purchasing. I was initially told that the sofa was in stock, but a few days later found out that was not the case, I was quoted a six week timeline for delivery, it was more like 11 weeks. We had read several of the posts on Unilocal and they were the reason we chose to buy from Town & Country, but we did not experience the same service as many of the others. Once it was finally delivered, the delivery team, Tyler & Juan, were great, which is what is bumping up my score, they were very professional, friendly, courteous and careful with my property(they had to carry the sofa up one flight of a spiral staircase).

We purchased a 5-piece leather sectional in Nov. from Town & Country Leather. The store personnel were very helpful in helping us to select the right sectional for us, & the owner, Eric Salem, was very cooperative in negotiating the price. I can’t rate this store highly enough. The furniture arrived on time, in wonderful condition, & the delivery service came in, set up the sectional & removed the old sofa in a very professional manner. I have since purchased an addition to our sectional & was again treated in a warm & friendly manner.
