Tracy is super awesome! She did an amazing job for my eyebrows! I did eye lash curling too and they look amazing! I feel such natural beauty! She was super patient and super detailed to make sure my eyebrows look perfect. I will come back for different services and few of my friends are already planning on doing the same I did. Love her services and her quality of work!

Was a bit desperate during a long road trip to fix the roots up. Relied on Unilocal to help me find the best place in town and I was not disappointed. Awesome service and she got that I was just visiting. Thanks for the top notch service and working me in

My eyelashes look decent. I’ve seen better. Based on the lashes alone, I’d give Tracy a 3, but the overall experience was a poor one. I’m feeling magnanimous, so I’ll only dock one star.
First of all, I kept trying to ask her what kind of lashes she uses. I couldn’t nail her down on an answer. She said everybody uses the same ones from Korea. This is the best product she said. Well, I admired her lashes. I thought they looked much better than mine. I asked her if her own lashes were the same as mine and she said no. Huh? Why don’t you use «the best» on yourself? She says she can’t do her own lashes. Um, ok. Clearly, they are not all the same.
Moreover, she kept answering the phone while doing my lashes too and at one point she left the room for 10 minutes. Despite all that, I still would’ve given her 3 stars except for the kicker. She REFUSED to honor the Unilocal check-​in offer that was advertised for her salon’s Unilocal entry. It was for 50% off the cost of lash extensions. She had told me over the phone that the regular cost of the extensions would be $ 150 but that she was currently running a special for $ 99. After I talked to her, I noticed the Unilocal check-​in offer. I wasn’t expecting to combine offers. I was expecting to get 50% off $ 150 to make the total $ 75. However, she claimed that either her son or husband had published the deal and that she had no idea what it was. That may or not be true, but she was responsible for it either way IMO. It was right there in black and white. Anyone with a sense of proper business would’ve gone ahead and honored the deal to demonstrate good business and good faith and to keep a client and avoid bad word of mouth. I didn’t care to make a fuss. I paid the $ 99 and left, even gave her a small tip, but it wouldn’t be an honest review if I didn’t mention this part.
She said that she had recently reduced the regular price of extensions to $ 150 for $ 250 on her website, so the 50% off was intended for the $ 250 price. That’s not my problem you can’t get your act together. In any case, the price on the website still reads $ 150 for eyelash extensions and the 50% off Unilocal check-​in offer is STILL on Unilocal.Extremely shady or just extremely poor organization? You decide! I would’ve given her 1 star, but at $ 99 the price is still decent and so are the lashes. Just know what you’re dealing with…

A friend recommended me this place so I decided to go to this salon for eyelash extensions. I love how it turned out! Although it was my first time getting them done, I still need to get use to it. It was a reasonable price and Tracy was attentive and nice. Overall I was satisfied with the service. I’ll be coming back soon for a refill. :)

I love coming to Tracy to get my hair dyed and haircut. She’s the sweetest lady and she cuts my hair exactly how I want it. A lot of asian hair salons like to thin out my hair even after I specifically tell them NOT to. Tracy is super talented. She does permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and makeup for special occasions too. She’s definitely my go-​to person and I’m super picky about who cuts my hair.

I’ve been going to Tracy’s for a while now. I normally get my hair cut, hair dyed and my lash extensions here. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Every time I get my hair cut, it is always what I expected. I’ve had issues in the past with other asian hair salons and the stylist would cut it to their liking, but with Tracy she actually listens and cares.
Not too sure about the other ratings but I can’t get enough of my lashes. Every single time I get them refilled I get SO MANY compliments. They don’t look fake and it’s not overly done. Very natural looking. I have plenty of girlfriends who try different places but I’ve brought them to Tracy before and they were all satisfied. My lashes has stay on for months and every couple of weeks I get my refills done. Tracy has been very attentive and very patient. I would recommend her to any of my friends.
Prices are decent also! That’s a plus!

Sorry for the low rating. but it is how i feel. First of all. its not called tracy salon and spa. its called lily salon next to jasmine restaurant. This review is for eyelash extensions. what pulled me in is the low price and location. $ 35 for refill is hella cheap but u get what u pay for. she barely used any glue and they fell off and hour after i left. maybe this place is nice for a haircut but please dont go there to do refills on eyelash extensions~ she also left for like 15 – 20 minutes during my appointment. maybe she went to go eat something?

Took my girlfriend here, and she had a Japanese straight perm by Tracy herself! Took about 3 hours, and I was so bored. It was well worth the wait. She looked totally different. Almost like an Asian pop star.
There is a bunch of Chinese chatter which made me self conscious about what they were saying. I don’t care too much though Tracy made my girlfriend super happy which made me super happy.
