Food is decent but the wait time and delivery of the food is outrageously slow and very sloppy. Took me 30 min to get a beer and about an 1hr to get my food, the place wasn’t even busy to have an excuse for such horrible service

Came here for my birthday. They sing you the song and everything. Great place to get away and enjoy.

The food was actually pretty good. Reasonable prices, they had all the games on and the staff was friendly. No issues at all.

Let me first say that when me and my husband come to a place like this,(sports bar/restaurant) that we do not come in expecting fantastic service… or even mediocre for that matter. We walked in, was seated promptly, and waited. And waited, and waited, and waited. Nearly 15 minutes had gone by and not a single acknowledgment. We finally flagged a waitress down and asked if our table belonged to anyone. She went to where a manager and a server had been talking for several minutes(I say several because I told my husband I bet that’s our waitress and the manager) and informed them that we had not been greeted yet. The next part is why I wrote this review… the manager told the server next to him that we were her table and she argued(yes, we heard it all) that no, we were not and that she had another section. The manager said to the girl that we had been sitting there a good 10 – 15 min(so he knew this and did not bother to find out why we had not been served?). He then walked away to the kitchen and the server walked away… still no service. FINALLY nearly 20 minutes later we receive a waitress. The manager came by the table after we received our drinks trying to smooth it over I guess, blaming his employees that they couldn’t get their sections right(a manager passing blame to his employees? Hmmm…) and then walked away to his corner by the kitchen again chatting to the same server who refused to serve us. The waitress who attended us was pleasant and provided us with good service after the fact. The management here as far as I can see is pretty useless.

Food is very good and beer is great, especially with the frosted mugs. I would almost 100% of the time rather go here than hooters.

Customer service was below average, food was bland and there’s better looking girls at other locations. Needs some improvement; don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.

I revisited the place for lunch yesterday and was promptly seated, promptly served and the waitress was attentive(and yeah, easy on the eyes). This is so different than my first visit I felt I had to amend my review. I got the cheeseburger and it was juicy despite being well-done. The steak fries were good. So the food was decent but the service was very different(in a good way), so it made an impression.

Monday evening, lite crowd, and was placed in the back near the kitchen. Beer is weak. Ordered a sampler to start off the evening. Fried pickles were crunchy(not much pickle). Wait staff average. Ended up leaving after the appetizers.

I love this place. Great scenery and wonderful food… And not to mention ice damn cold beer. What is there not to brag about. Great place for a party too.

I’m giving this establishment ZERO stars because of the rude management. My party arrived at 1:00 and had spent over $ 300, we were told we had to pay an additional $ 10 per person or close our tab and leave at 6:00. When I question the fee to the manager Justin Marshall, he said we were being«obnoxious» and had to leave because I questioned the $ 10 cover fee for our party that had been seated for over 4 hrs. I had only been there for one hour and had a glass of wine was not able to order my meal. Very disappointed with this managers lack of professionalism and customer service. #NeedsCustomerServiceTraining #WorstTwinPeaks #Rude #NeedsManagementSkills

I haven’t eaten at a Twin Peaks in a few years. It was the one off of Hwy 59 near Kirby that has terrible parking. This Twin Peaks has adequate free parking. When I went in for lunch I was warmly greeted at the door and seated. I was really surprised when I was presented the menu. It had shrunk from my previous experience. All of the food is on one page of the menu which includes drinks on the back. This disappointed me because the selection was thin. Burgers and sandwiches, mainly bar food with a few entrees. I picked the spicy chipotle chicken entrée and also a side salad. The salad was good(3). The entrée was good also(3.5). I enjoyed both. My service was good too(3.5). All of the waitresses were 18 – 21 years old. Places like this are so hit and miss with the girls and with the small menu I probably won’t return anytime soon. The food was really ok. I just wanted more selection.

The service was awful, really bad. The food was regular, nothing spectacular. The waitress came to the table 2 times in the hole night… The manager have to take our beverages because 5 minutes after we arrived no one was attending to us. If you are a man and want to «eat» the staff, that’s the place… If you are a hungry person, go somewhere else.

Why do men go to Breastaurants? To see the girls. No reason to sugar coat it. It’s a whole industry designed around it. But despite the pretty waitresses at this location the food and service are actually on point. I recently came here for a quick business lunch. I had the green chili meat loaf, and whoa, this thing packs a little kick with it. The flavor was great and the pricing was comparable to Luby’s. The mac and cheese was topped with crispy bacon. The broccoli was lackluster, and I’ll see if I can’t get that substituted next time. But the girls were working very diligently and we were able to get our food and tab closed out quickly. I would love to come back during the night hours with a game in the background.

Horrible! The beer glass broke on the table and the beer fell over my friends iPhone! After that it had water damage. Waited about 20 minutes for ketchup. Girls — most of them were a very low 6. I don’t think I’ll be coming here ever again.

Rating one star because I can’t rate any lower. The food sucked and I mean everything that our group had sucked. We all tried different things. The wait staff was even worse, we had to hunt them down a few times just to get another drink or go to the bar to order it. It wasn’t even busy either. I won’t go back to this place again.

These people actually charge for this food. They should pay me to eat here. Wings are tiny. Philly sandwich is tasteless and it takes forever to get served because the bartender ran to the restroom to answer her phone. If the kitchen manager would actually pay attention to his shift instead of eating and talking to his friends in the corner it might get better. Never again. A full refund is deserved

Food is not their strong point. My blackened chicken quesadilla was not good. Like chopped up cat food with Velveeta and cilantro. House salad was somehow disproportionate. My husband had the BLT something and said it was quite good. Seasonings on the fries was too much. Coors lite was excellent. This is a loud sports bar for young people. Sit outside as its a lot less noisy. The loudness inside is not people generated.

Since Unilocal didn’t work while I was on-site a few weeks ago, I figured I’d do an update to my previous review. We’ve been to this location about 3 times since it opened and we’ve had mostly good experiences(outside of the wait times, that can be attributed to all the horn dogs waiting in line). An just as an FYI, I don’t think the girls are much to look at, actually, but I do like a good Philly Cheese Steak sandwich… which bring me to this new review. A few of my co-workers and I ate here for lunch about 3 weeks ago. I suggested the Philly sandwich and at least one of my pals(and I) went for it. We ordered, we ate, we paid, and we went back to work. Within the hour, my stomach felt as if I’d swallowed a bowl of bad eggs! I was sick. The same went for my co-worker who ordered the same thing. I tried calling the restaurant to try and suggest that they might have some bad meat, but I didn’t get an answer. I then turned to the Twin Peaks web site, where they have a place to send comments and/or feedback. I expressed my concerns, supplied my contact info(including my phone number) and I didn’t here a damned thing back. It’s been three weeks. No telling how many people had the same experience. I can’t see going back to a place that doesn’t care about its patrons!
