My confirmation email from UHAUL says I can return my trailer to any uhaul location in houston.
Then I get to this one and they tell me «we don’t take trailers» and I have to keep driving to another location.
This is AFTER the uhaul in my city of origin let’s me know less than 24hrs in advance that not only will I have to get my trailer from a different location than the one I reserved, but I can’t get it until 5hrs later than my reservation time.
I ended up having to move into my new place a day later than planned, missing a day of work.
F*** Uhaul!

Good uhaul facility — had our truck and dolly waiting on us, quick and efficient, refunded us when we turned it in a day early, lady was nice.
