best car dealership to work with, stayed 2 hours after to take care of me and gave me a loaner car while i waited to get the deal done, had bad credit and still got me approved thanks uniqueautogroup you guys are awesome!

I called this dealership yesterday for a simple cash price inquiry, because I do not live near the dealership and it would be quite the drive. As soon as the owner picked up the phone you could hear the disturbance in his voice. As I was trying to confirm the vehicle was there, and we were speaking of the same vehicle he repeatedly kept saying ”What about it?!”. It seemed as though he did not want to talk to me at all. As soon as he let out a deep disgusted sigh, when he was telling me the price, I hung up the phone because of his terrible customer service attitude. Immediately after hanging up the phone I received a threatening text message from a non
number saying ” Dont f**king call this number again if u going to hang up b**ch!!!” It being a non
number, I immediately call back and try to figure who sent me that. He immediately sends me to his voice-​mail. I recognize his voice on his voice-​mail and he
verifies his company name on his voice-​mail as well. Not knowing yet if I’m speaking with an employee, manager or whatever; I tell him that I will be there tomorrow to discuss this. I received several indirect THREATS ON MY LIFE, while cursing me, that if I ever stepped foot on his lot I would see what he does. I have turned the texts over to the authority and hope that justice will be served. I believe it to be very shameful that a business owner would go to the extreme to go out of their way to prove how terrible their customer service skills can be. You would think that as a business owner you would set the tone for your company and your employees follow. I’d like for others to be aware of the potential danger of doing business with this company. I believe it to be riskful to do business with a man that has explosive anger over the phone, I couldn’t fathom simply upsetting this man in person. I rarely write reviews so I hope whoever reads this finds
