V Live Houston

I work in strip clubs (behind the scences)(allow the pun) with that being said; I’m no stranger to the environment. I am however not accustomed to being a patron or guest. I can see why this club is all the rave. It has alot to offer and the atmosphere is just what you would expect to see if you are looking for a party place with live entertainment. An urban club with a level of standards. Not quiet, intimate or classy but not a bullet riddled, hole in the wall trap-​house either. Most of the people were dressed to impress in their fancy cars, loud music and everyone has a «V.I.P attitude» and this is just while waiting in line… from the door it all just seems like organized chaos. The 1 LONG line got split into 2 lines for no apparent reason because there’s only 1 entry sooo — I was wondering if I was in the reject line or something because I didn’t arrive in a lamborghini, wearing 6 inch heels or maybe I was too fat or ugly… not to mention as I scanned the crowd behind me I did think they looked like a bunch of undesirables, while the other side looked like they were all coming to be discovered or something. There were 3 cheap looking young ladies in line beside me and my friends and this group was clearly there for «cock-​tails» of a different kind. After watching the hookers be fast-​tracked through the line by the pimp and the door man, my friends decided at this point that we should work our way through the line. In our defense, it was almost 20 minutes later and getting in wouldn’t have been a big deal except this happened to be my birthday and my friends were determined to have me experience the club on the fun side and not from behind the stage.
Anyway, once inside I saw people smoking weed, I wasn’t aware that it was B.Y.OB. (no big deal) and one of the hookers that I mentioned earlier was giving head in a corner… that was before we had even found a seat!.. it’s a strip club, so while I had to resist the instinct to clutch my pearls, I had to remind myself of where I was… i’m used to hearing about these things not actually seeing it. Finally inside; the girls here were all beautiful in their own right and there was a girl for every flavor you might savor. The one thing you can’t help but notice is the number of enhanced asses and over exaggerated curves on these ladies. I’m not sure that it was sexy at all #butt it certainly was something to see. I can appreciate a beautiful, sexy, curvaceous woman too but after a minute I found myself thirsting for a female with more «natural» proportions. The other ladies just began to look like more of a novelty or side show. My ‘lady wood’ has discriminating taste I guess. I don’t know how it works but the floor was literally covered in money, people were just walking on it, standing in piles of it but no one was touching it – weird I thought, but I knew there had to be a reason. After finally finding a place to rest our own ‘modest’ assests, I sat and watched during the intermissions as men walked around the club with trash bags collecting the mounds of money. I’m assuming it’s on behalf of the dancers – damn, do they split it all or what?.. oh well, one can only guess about the method to this madness.
OVER ALL — it was an experience. I did enjoy myself, it was very entertaining and I do plan to return because i’ve heard they also have a pretty decent menu. This business could use a lesson in customer appreciation though. They have a way of making people feel like their coins or business doesn’t count as much as someone who #looks richer. I think they are trying to give off an air of exclusivity without being outright discriminatory. You definitely feel that this is not the joint for Joe Shmo or ballers on a budget. I respect that and i’m sure the dancers do too. I totally get it but I never 5 star a business that lacks in good customer service. All your guests should matter even if they’re not Drake, Chris Brown or any other celebrity. You have that right as a business but you never know who you are dismissing or excluding. There is a more professional way to treat even your non V.I.P guests and still maintain your standards.

It was cool. Nice dancers. Valet parking $ 40. Cover charge $ 20. Me and a friend enjoyed ourselves. And no, we didnt make it rain lol.

Came here during Houston Appreciation Week 2015… Overrated. First of all, if you’re not on the top floor or have a table, or if you don’t have at least $ 1,000 in ones, don’t even bother. There is one stage and you’re only allowed on stage if you got dollars. Fair enough. But then when literally 50 grown men crowd the stage, you can’t even see the strippers– so much for entertainment.
By the way, the strippers don’t strip, they just «dance.» So if you’re looking for topless dancers, it’s not here. Just overall a complete waste of time– people come here to be seen and say they’ve been to the same strip club as Drake and [insert rapper here]… well I’ll be the first to say that Drake is a story teller and I did not fall in love with any strippers.

First time here and worst place ever! $ 40 parking. $ 40 cover and no bootyfull dancers. The worst part is the Hispanic hostess at the front. She is a bitc* straight up! I asked for a refund after being inside for 2 min. That b*tch refused! I Will never go back. Take your $ elsewhere!

With a 20 buck cover charge one would expect more… but one shouldn’t. Its a fully clothed dance club for people who are about that rump shaker. Nice selection of music though.

This place dosent pay off for limo drivers despite their 20 $ a head cover charge. Also overrated just because of being mentioned in a song. This certainly is not the best place in the H

I’m not sure why I’m writing a review about a stripclub. I’m also not sure why other people who write reviews about stripclubs act as though they should be judged the same way you judge a night at the opera. It’s a stripclub for G’s sake. Heck it’s a BYOB stripclub. That tells you all you need to know. Anyway, a friend decided to have her birthday party here and I went. It was like paying $ 20 to end up inside a rap video. It was extra crowded and the atmosphere was amped all the way up. Dollars were flying in all directions. If you’re in to that sort of thing, it’s probably a good place to spend your night and a couple hundred bucks (fyi…they only change stacks of a $ 100 at a time if you’re sitting at a table). If you’re like me, you came, you saw, you fought your way to the door to get out. Yes, as with all shady stripclubs, they charge for parking.

I came here with some friends a random Saturday night as my friend was moving back to Long beach. We told him we were going to take him to V-​Live before he left and it came true. The music was great and the atmosphere was chill. We got there a little early so not too much talent around. My friend kept asking where the prettier girls are which was funny to me. I think he got the point after an hour.

Bottom of the barrel? Yes, yes it is. We’ve found it, we’ve found the hoodest of the hood strip club on Houston. The only dyer hours strip club open til 6am. We got here right as it opened so we don’t see too any stripper just yet. I will wait and update if something changes but right now I’m not impressed.

1^st time here got here early at 2am so not of dancers yet, sat down the couches r nice n comfy, loud speaker system, the said it was 5 dollar lap dances so I was lookin forward to more dancers coming in, bout 1 hr later all the girls came in, talent was mediocre, instead of spending money on stripper I decided to buy cigarettes from the guy in the bathroom, only goof looking girls there were the pictures of the strippers that danced at the club on the wall
