I can’t express enough how amazing Vanity Lounge is! Knowledgeable, courteous, and talented! Beatrice is extremely talented and giving. After a few short visits I can honestly say she will be a long life friend.

Flew in from Cleveland for a girlfriend weekend and my friend took me to the Vanity Lounge. This place is cutting edge. Beatrice introduced herself as the new owner and then did a complementary make-​up touch-​up on me. I had come straight from the airport, to
do some shopping in Houston and then off to dinner. It was just what I needed. I LOVED what she did. Great brows, eyes and the Jane Iredale make-​up is very nice on my 50+ skin. (I normally wear Chanel make-​up and like this better.)Beatrice and her staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my next trip to Houston and will definitely make the time to stop by the Vanity Lounge to find out what is the newest, latest, greatest.

Bea, who is the new owner, is great. If you want your lashes shaped and tinted she is the person to go to. She is from LA and knows what looks good. She is super nice as well.

I’ll start with the positive — the makeup artists did a fantastic job doing my makeup and my friends makeup for my birthday party. The negative is that my appointment started 30 minutes late, the appointments lasted around an hour and 10 mins when we scheduled the 45 minute makeup appointments, and the checkout process took around 10 minutes. If they can get the business side of their store together then I think they could be more successful!

The Lounge no longer employs any of the talented makeup artists mentioned here on Unilocal! They can’t seem to keep the good ones. I had the most amazing makeup done for Halloween, but when I called to make another appointment last week, my artist was gone. They are under new ownership and in need of a management ‘makeover’.

The Vanity Lounge has changed owners and the talented artists Houstonians were familiar with here sadly are all gone. The new staff (can’t even call them artists) can’t come close to the talented artists The Vanity Lounge once boasted. If you are looking for a great makeover go elsewhere!

Hurrah for the new Vanity Lounge! I understand it recently changed ownership. I went in for a makeover and was treated to 90 minutes of oh-​so-​careful application by Angelica. BeBe Zarco, the new owner, introduced herself and did my eyebrows and contouring. I loved loved loved the look. They made me feel special throughout, and what girl doesn’t enjoy pampering like that? And, oh my goodness, the makeover was complimentary, including lashes, with a $ 75 purchase. Wow, an incredible deal!

I rarely find new places that seriously WOW me but the Vanity Lounge did just that! I had the best time speaking with their lead makeup artist who color matched me perfectly for Kjaer Weis foundation which is a high-​end organic makeup line. It’s beautiful and actually works, plus it doesn’t smell like a child of the earth/​hippie.
I encourage all ladies who are looking for beautiful cosmetics that won’t wreck your skin to check this place out!

The only place for a fabulous face! I cannot tell you how much I love Aubrie and her team. The Vanity Lounge is super convenient and feels like you are completely taken away from the hustle and bustle of Houston. I walk out feeling like a million dollars and of I can take on the world! Plus —
the compliments I receive are to die for. Thank you Vanity Lounge and Aubrie and her team for making me feel wonderful. I’ll see y’all soon!

The crew at Vanity is fantastic. Aubrie is warm and inviting and knows her stuff. The lounge is beautifully decorated! Go see Aubrie if you want to look fabulous for that special night out!

I had the privilege of working with Edward Sanchez at a commercial shoot and saw his work on me and 2 other models. He was voted «best of the best» by Allure magazine for eyebrows in Houston. I can’t believe no one has written a review on him so far.
He came on site and did hair and makeup and I found he was trained by Vidal Sassoon in hair and travel extensively between japan and korea as a makeup artist for Lancome. No wonder he did such an amazing job with my smokey eye! I think it’s much harder when you don’t have the double folded eyelids like myself. Here’s a visual on a woman with and without double eyelids.
Even my mother, who doesn’t like me with a lot of makeup commented on how impressed she was with his work.
He did an amazing job and what an honour to be in his chair.

Edward Sanchez is talented beyond measure. His dedication to carry only the finest of products, the research they put behind each product, the services they offer… the list goes on. ESVL & Team create an awesome experience, whether you are there for a simple eye brow clean up or a day of beauty. They take their guests seriously and helped me do a thorough search for the right products. My skin is sensitive and everything breaks me out :(
