Vidao Nails and Day Spa

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! This is coming from a licensed cosmetologist.
I got gel on my toes which I usually don’t but it’s cold outside and I wanted to put my shoes on. I walk outside and look down, I asked for BLACK & they’re BLUE. I go back in asking to either get a gift certificate or a refund bc now I’m late to my event and they’re response is… «It’s not our fault, the bottle says black» which is does but any person with common sense can see as soon as it comes out of the bottle it’s BLUE. Nothing was done they offered to scrape it off until j come back in. That makes absolutely no sense! The customer service all around was not the best. I will never go back just knowing how they handle situations if something goes wrong! That’s bad etiquette, in my opinion.

I used to go here a ton when I lived in the area.
The ladies were always very friendly and got the job done with no issues.
I came by yesterday because I was visiting my parents and wanted to get my nails done and my usual spot is on the other side of town.
Full set, with gel color.
I came in and waited for a good while actually before I got sat in the nail station. No biggie though, I just understand how this works and I understand these ladies stay late every day to finish all their customers.
They were letting people come in at 6:45 even when they closed at 7pm. Crazy.
Tina did my nails and they look great. She was quick and I was out of there as soon as possible.

I’ve been going here for years and it just stuck because of my great experiences. I have tried other places nearby but none seem to be as sanitary and friendly as Vidao Nails are! The only services I’ve received here are pedicures, waxing and having my nails done in all styles. They have a wide variety of powered colors (my fav!). I look forward to getting a massage from this awesome establishment.

They did a great job. Everybody here is so nice and they really care abt their customers. I love this place a lots. Mrs Hai is really good at eyebrown waxing. She did a beautiful shape for my eyebrowns. Willing to come back

I stopped by this day spa nail salon to get gel manicure done. My nails look amazing! The receptionist is very sufficient in placing me with an excellent manicurist. I told my relative to come here from now on.

I am so happy with the appearance of my gel polish. I am certainly thrilled at the small amount of money I had to spend.
The place is a secret gem. It is big, beautiful, and clean.
It’s a little rough around the edges but I was very comfortable and very pleased with my experience. Vidao Nails and Day Spa, won’t ever go anywhere else!

DON’T GO HERE! This place is disgusting. GAVE ME NAIL FUNGUS FROM DIRTY TOOLS. I had been going to this place for a long time but noticed after a while that the workers were careless and rush through their (overpriced) services. The last straw was that I got nail fungus from Vidao and the guy explained to me and admitted himself that it’s because they didn’t use clean tools. Not using sterilized tools is disgusting. I’m glad it was a fungus and not a skin-​eating bacteria… my arms would have fallen off by now. I’m attaching the gross pictures.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star. Gave them a second chance and I walked out before passing the counter. All I can say is Rude Rude Rude.

If you would like to have a good mani/​pedi then this is a great place to come. they do excellent work and will help you with anything. If they make a mistake they will fix it

Service is fast, place is ok, BUT I got a fungus at this place!!! I noticed that they don’t desinfect their tools. I asked for clean tools and the girl told me, is clean, is clean, two months later, fungus in my toe nail. So sad!!! I never went back.

I have been serviced by every person on their staff. They are all so very friendly and they always give 150%. I have had all types of things done from solar nails, shellac, mani, pedi and wax. I even bring my daughter now that she is old enough. They do get busy at times because they have a lot of returning customers. This is the best place in the area (I’ve been to two others and they either had poor services, charged too much or didn’t offer shellac). THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I live in sugarland now and I still come over here on the weekend to get my
nails done. I highly recommend this place.

I tried this salon out and it was ok. The inside of the salon is very nice. I went when they first opened so I would not have to wait long since it was Saturday. I wanted a pedi and mani. The pedi was done great, I wish I could remember her name but she was a young girl. The mani was not so great, it was my first time getting gel nails. He was not great at it and it did not turn out great. The next morning one of my nails broke, I thought this was not suppose to happen. I have great strong nails, I wanted gel nails cause my birthday was coming up and wanted it to last. The nail broke because I picked up my feather pillow. I called the manager and told her what happened. She told me to come in and it would be fixed. Some other lady did it and it turned out terrible and she did not know what she was doing because she kept asking is this ok to another coworker. Finally after she was done 1.5 hours later. The manager took a look at it and said no, terrible. She did it herself and it turned out great, no charge. I am not sure if the lady was the manager but she acted like it and did such a great job, now I know why she is always so booked. I will be returning to get the gel off and will probably never get gel again.

I wish the place could fine a different location because I am not a big fan or where they are located right now, BUT
I can honestly say they have a very friendly staff. Their service is really good and the prices are very reasonable. I got a massage ones here and the lady did such a great job. It was only $ 60 for one and a half hour of hot stone massage and I really enjoyed it. I’ve been here so many time to get my nails done and they really do such a great job. They get really busy during the weekend and sometimes there’s a wait so try to come whenever it’s not busy. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone. Look for Anna, she’s really sweet and does a wonderful job.

Nice clean neighborhood salon… prices are reasonable. They offer facials and massages but I have not had the time to enjoy these services. The massage chairs are nice during the pedicures and technicians are very thorough and never rushed. If you want a fast job this is not the place… for a pedicure and full set i am here around 2 hours at least… also a side note gets very busy on the weekends. come during the week if possible… if not try to make an appointment… overall definitely recommended
