This review is strictly for the pharmacy. They are the SLOWEST most aggravating people I’ve ever had to deal with. Take the prescription… say it will be a 45 minute wait, come back 2 hours later and when I show up is when she starts to fill the prescription! This isn’t an isolated incident– this is ALL. THE. TIME. I usually go to the CVS to fill my sons prescription there on Buffalo & Main but they didn’t have what I needed in stock so I was forced to go to Walgreens. It’s a nightmare every time. Save your time and head to CVS just across the street where you’ll actually get good service!

Everyone is so nice and informative when it comes to my medications except the one African sounding woman. Ile get back to you on her name but everyone else is so wonderful! Thank you guys for being a great team. I hope they hire more people to help yall, you all deserve not to work as hard as they work you. Get more help! Keep up the amazing work.

Slowest drive through pharmacy I’ve ever experienced! It took the her 10 minutes before even greeting me in the second(open) lane. This is also my second attempt to pick up the prescription since they’re computers were down yesterday and they were unable to verify my insurance. Overall I’m very disappointed with this location and will not be returning.

Debra the pharmacist and Cathy(Kathy?) are just great. Always kind, caring, polite, concerned, and focused on the customer. If you think good service doesn’t exist any more, go here. I had given up on two other Walgreens where the staff was just rude and always making mistakes(and not seeming to care much when you brought errors to their attention — like a dangerous dosage mistake for my elderly mother). But long time staff at this location is great — very helpful and attentive, and just basically competent. Other Walgreens have had sloppy staff that ran the gamut from rude(Kirby/W. Holcombe) to incompetent(Stella Link/N. Braeswood). That doesn’t go on at this Buffalo/S. Main location, except for one tech who discussed my meds by name with two other customers close by(can you say HIPA violation?). She’s the exception though and even she seems to be improving!
