I’m a fan of walgreens and the convenience they offer, but this particular location was severely understaffed. Just one pharmacist and one cashier with 6 people waiting in line and 4 cars in drive thru. The cashier, as stressed and overworked as she was, was always kind and friendly, but the pharmacist, Michael Kitchen refused to assist with clearing the lines and never came out of his corner. She needs a commendation and a pay raise and he needs to be replaced.
