I have gone to Walgreens for many years. Walgreens on Broadway at Belfort. Recently the store including the pharmacy have changed their store hours to close at midnite. I have gotten pretty good service until recently. I have gotten my prescriptions there for years. For about a year now the service in the pharmacy has gone down a great deal. I have often called after 6 pm and never get an answer. I must check on prescriptions coming or find out something urgently important. I was waiting over an hour and never have the pharmacist or assistant pick up. I have then driven to the drive thru to find no customers at the counter or at the drive thru and the pharmacist is there working and the phone looks off the hook or on hold and while I waited noticed that he or she did not look overwhelmed or overly busy yet my calls were ignored. Right at this moment, i have been waiting for someone to pick up to answer my important questions. The music on the phone has only the same few bars playing over & over. It is 6:02 pm and and I started waiting 1 hour ago. At this time of day there are 2 assistants and at least 2 pharmacists. What gives? I have called other Walgreens and I reach a person who can answer my questions with 5 rings and usually I’m not being put on hold. Walgreens at Broadway has come down allot as far as customer satisfaction. I’m not important to these people and I think they could care less about having my business.

Pretty standard walgreens. It seemed like it was a little bigger than most though and it was nice and clean. When we checked out in the pharmacy section, the cashier was really nice and friendly and knew exactly what I wanted when I asked for walphed. For some reason, the other walgreens pharmaceutical people always seem confused when I ask for the Walgreens brand of pseudoephedrine.

Completely lazy an incompetent pharmacy techs don’t waste ur time drop off or pick up prescription here really over 30 minutes to pick up medicine won’t be going back no time soon

Place would be okay if the manager would get rid of the panhandlers roaming near the entrance and parking lot.
