If there was a half star marker I would use that one. Also this goes for just Walmarts in general. But I agree with what most people have been saying about this Walmart ITSUCKS! Do not ever buy a tv from Walmart. Don’t be sucked in by their low prices. What good is it to buy something for a low price, if it’s fucking broken? My uncle has never had a big television in his life so me and my grandma when’re in halfs to get him a 42 inch that was like $ 223. It was supposed to be a surprise but I just so happen to be going on vacation the next day for a week. So when I got back, I surprised him with it at his house the next day. When we got it out of the box and we got it set up and turned it on the screen was cracked. You could not see any cracks in the screen if it was off. But when it was on it was white in the top of it look like it just got bent over to far. Have you ever bought someone a busted gift? it’s embarrassing. Put it back in the box and went over to the Walmart. I didn’t have the receipt because my grandmother had it, so I waited in line, Got up to the desk first thing she asked for the receipt, The tv still had the sticker on it, I told her when I bought it, and the name on the credit card but she wouldn’t even push a single button on the computer without the receipt. I said this bitch is being fat and lazy so let’s go. I told you we will deal with it the next day it was late grandma is asleep. The next day we met in pearland and got the receipt from my grandmother. I gave my uncle the television, and I thought everything was good until he just called me and said even with the receipt. They will still not take it back because it’s been two weeks. The store Manager told my uncle that even if he had brought it back the next day they still would not have done anything with it because of the broke screen, and they do not do warranty work. What the fuck ever! I will never buy from Walmart again I fucking hate this store. Even if I have to pay a little bit more somewhere else I would much rather not deal with the ass monkeys at Walmart. Every time I buy something at the store I regret it. Every time I need something done in this store it takes me a minimum of 45 minutes just to find someone. And that one girl is right do not ever come in here on the weekends at night they have two lanes open and the line is through the clothes.

Want someone to ask you for money while you look at lotion? Come here. Want to exit the store, only to find someone pulling on your car door to see if it is unlocked? Come here. This store is horrible, even for Walmart, which is pretty damn hard to do. Employees are awful and rude, parking is horrific, and the other customers are hard to deal with. Stopped going here and it feels so good. KEEPDRIVING

I thought I would give this Walmart«pick up» a try. I am writing this review as I am standing and waiting. I’ve been standing for about 10 minutes now, it took that long for someone to show up, there are people in front of me who have been waiting longer and are still working on finding the person’s items. What’s supposed to be an easy and efficient system is total crap.

If I could give no stars I would. There’s a reason Wal-mart has such a bad reputation and it’s due to stores like this one. The lack of customer service is appalling. From standing at the customer service counter and seeing an associate shake his head at the other associate as if he was saying«Nope, I’m not helping her» to not even being acknowledged when I clearly needed to talk to someone to them not even having the product I ordered online that said it’d be ready today. When I worked in retail stores in HS and college I always thought the meetings/classes we had to attend to improve our customer service were silly. But, my parents raised me to have manners and work hard. I realize more and more that those classes are actually needed. I’m not a jerk customer so there’s no need to be treated that way. Every Walmart experience seems to fuel my hatred for this establishment. Why can’t they hire people that actually want to work?

Just don’t do your shopping at this Walmart… Seriously is one of the worst places to do shopping. Not organize product at the store, workers don’t know where to find things if you ask then, just judge the image, that I’m going to upload. No shopping baskets when people come in. So I need to go back outside to get one, and they are all over the parking lot. People that works there is like 80% Middle East.

I’ve known this Walmart since I was probably 6(almost 21) As the years have gone by, most Walmart’s in Houston are deteriorating in customer service and shopping experience. I truly avoid Walmart at all costs but then my mother has me run errands sometimes and then she needs something from here I cannot find at any other store. Anyways I hardly come to this location anymore, but I’ve been here before and this place always happens to be extremely and ridiculously crowded. I feel everyone in SW Houston and The Galleria area(even piney point) shop here. And of course, shopping experience is ruined by unhelpful employees and a ridiculous amount of registers that always happen to be closed!!! Crazy lines and only like four of them are open.

DONOTORDERFORPICK Up here. I pressed button for assistance 2 x. Was asked by 2 people of someone was helping me, asked 2 additional people to look for help for me. Finally after 14 minutes, a manager came to look up my order. Unfortunately, it was not ready for pick up, no fault of the store. But waiting time for help was ridiculous.

Customer service? What’s that? If you don’t know, just come work here and join the rest of the staff who also do not know what it is. Electronics, asked a girl to help me find something, she walks away, without a word and mumbled to a coworker. Did I get help? Yes, from an assistant manager. Then I’m waiting to pick up an online order, I see about 13 associates having inappropriate conversation near the bathroom, not one offer to assist or to find assistance. Finally, I see a mgr, and ask him to call someone, then 7 minutes later someone comes out of the back looking like we disturbed his nap. Messy hair, yawn and everything. Wtf? It’s Walmart, what do I really expect?!

The worst Walmart ever I was waiting in line to pay and for 15 min. You are suppose to take the next person in line when a cashier opens a new register up. But NO First Lady opened up a register and took the guy before me and I said«I am next«and she just said its his turn and then she points at the other lady and says she is opening up and so I go there and then some lady just walks there doesn’t even wait a second and calls me a botch for taking her turn. Excuse I was waiting for 10 min they are suppose to take the next person in line… I have a feeling they have a preference to be much nicer to black customers cuz I felt like a victim of cold racism

Not sure why the app has«call for store hours,» but just in case, I did. They are open 24hrs. Typical Walmart.

Rude staff from the health and beauty section, I was looking at lip liner and she appeared out of no where and said I cannot use it when I just opened and see the color, I have no problem last night when I was here picking out some makeup but this morning is a different story. She’s not only rude to me but to other two customers who is not finished their shopping yet and they still looking around for other stuff in this beauty section she asked them if they’re finished shopping yet if not leave their other stuff at the cashier register where she stand before they can go look for other stuff.

Happy a more convenient location opened nearby. This one is always stocking something and getting in the way, half the time they have only 2 or 3 aisles open, and their produce section is awful. I’ve given them enough chances, I’m going to be going to the one off of S. Rice now.

Once again this place proves how shitty its ran. Literally left all my items on the check out register in automotive because the guy couldnt login to check anyone out. Wanted me to walk to the front of the store and pay even though I parked in automotive just to go pick up a few things from automotive. And then apparently he couldn’t get anybody to come and help him everybody’s on lunch so I left the s*** on the counter and I’m on my way to Target. Place is ghetto as hell.

Forget about doing the store pick up. The employees are unhelpful and full of attitude. Next time I’ll just get things delivered to my place instead. Items are told they are ready to pick up yet I’ve been waiting during my whole lunch period. Seems as though Walmart is paying employees to hang out instead of working

Walmart god how I hate you. Your employees are rude. there is only one reason I come and it is price and even that ain’t so great anymore. Oh by the way if you are going to have staff on the floor this is AMERICA they better speak ENGLISH. Jeez I wouldn’t walk into a store in oh FRANCE and not speak french– nice if they happen to speak English but I will suffer not the employee. I was really floored– especially since I DO speak some Spanish but I didn’t know the word in english– you know those things to extend the collar button that stretch so you can wear a tie. Seriously? If I have to explain it that long in english and hope to get the concept across there ain’t no way in Spanish I am going to pull that off– hell a bilingual lady tried to help me ask and she was like«what is it you want– tell me and I will tell her– and she said– wow never heard of it» Oh by the way you don’t carry them anyway– Ebay got them to me in 3 days several kinds so thanks anyway.

This is the cheapest Wal Mart I ever been to. They have 50 lanes and they only open 5. I will never come back here again. It take a at least haft an hour to 40 mins just for check out here. I have been to many different wal mart but this wal mart is worst I ever been to. It seem like it under a very poor management.

Walmart has 1,000 freaking registers & only 4 open. I just don’t get it. Customer service is piss poor, nonexistent, & just down right terrible. You ask someone a question, & they point in the direction & halfway tell you where to go. I guess the workers are like this due to the low pay with I’m sure horrible benefits. The produce was not so great when I shopped here this visit. I just dread coming here. This is truly a last resort for me. I used to enjoy shopping at Walmart many many moons ago. However, not the case anymore. And it’s always someone questionable shopping there. I have a little girl, & we always see hot messes lurking around. I just hate the atmosphere. I rather spend more at a better store with less questionable customers. Everyone comes here, & I mean EVERYONE.

Slow, inattentive service. Wanted to quickly get an oil change on my day off and ran out to the auto center. Got there at 10am and was the only car at the service center. Parked and came in thinking I could get a quick oil change and be on my way. Walked up to the auto service counter and there’s no one there. After standing there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped I decided to go back outside and just talk to one of the service guys standing out there. It really sucks to have to ASK someone to do their job! Regardless he takes my keys and says the car should be ready in 30 mins. This makes perfect sense bc there’s no other cars here so again I feel like I’m gonna be in and out in no time. I walked around the store as I waited and found this walmart to be in shambles. Everything was disheveled and messy. What else would you expect when employees look and act like they really don’t care. I come back in half an hour and see my car still on the elevated and service guys standing around chatting. After 15 mo it’s i ask when they think it’ll be done and they say another 20 mins or so. All in all they took an hour and half to change my oil… and in the end they didn’t reset the«maintenance light»…I asked the guy if he could turn it off and he sat in the car and wasted another 5 mins of my time unsuccessfully fiddling around. Finally I just told him I’d «google it» and was able to leave. Still paid 50 bucks for the oil change. Bottom line: Walmart might be marginally cheaper than other places but your TIME should also be valued… this is the last time I come here!
