This is the most horrible fast food restaurant that I have ever been too.
The person that handed me the hot coffee this morning did not secure the lid on tight and it spilled all over my hands and car.
I am yelling in pain and the man that handed me the coffee did not offer me napkins or an apology. Terrible service.
I have called the customer care number: 1−800−6Burger and reported this incident.
My hope is that this does not happen to anyone else.

There is nothing worse than waiting in a long drive thru line, arriving to work and noticing that your order is WRONG!!! I ordered a sausage egg and cheese taquito. My bag contained a bacon eggs and cheese taquito. Not good. Although relatively new, there is no excuse for not getting what you paid for.

Patty Melt and a shake for under $ 10. Not to shabby for lunch these days. The patty melt was delicious and the new root beer shake was pretty good. Quick drive though visit with friendly employees.

The employees here are extrnely polite and kind. Honestly, I like that they are not always in a hurry to push you off. The food is up to whataburger standards of course.

I just drove by figuring out what to eat and guess what!!! Yay! This location finally opened! I am so excited. The line is a bit long but granted that is because this place is new. The customer service in the drive thru is so up beat and friendly. I got the 2 pieces chicken strips kids meal and it taste like how it normally taste — delicious. Yay! A great addition to Spring Branch.
